"We have stayed several times when this was The Ramada and happy to report it is still the same great service now that it has changed hands. We stayed on the executive floor which is definitely worth the little bit extra that you pay. You can have breakfast lunch and from 5:00pm-7:00pm free drinks and canapés in the executive lounge. We usually stay in the Arabic Room but this time stayed in the Contemporary and it was also very nice. There are so many restaurants and bars to choose from you are never at a loss. No matter what your mood there is something to suit. We had an evening meal at the Indian restaurant Chingari and the food was fabulous and excellent service. Best part of the hotel is the lovely large pool. Temperature just nice and big so never feels crowded. Swim up bar is bonus! Only complaint was the check in. The executive check in was not open so had to check in downstairs. It took 20 mins to get our key and even though I had booked about a month in advance and had special room request we could not get it. It certainly didn't ruin our stay. "
