Very Adequate, comfortable and clean”
We had an overnight stay there (Saturday/Sunday). The location is kind of off the road, with sign on the side of the road, visible, but easy to miss, especially if you are driving and not having a "spotter" for you. That's really the only ding it has. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big enough, yet, not spacious. Very clean and simple in decor. The shower was magnificent with warm water easily available. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was stocked minimally, but, with the drinks of most popularity. There is a Gerry's grill adjacent to the hotel and a risto bar - Antiques - that was right in the same complex. There was a venue for those who want to go on sight seeing tours and the city proper was not far away. The hotel is located in the city proper, but, the mall and other venues were a small motor ride away, if you don't have a car. The parking was limited, although it didn't affect us, as we took a bus to Tagaytay. There is more I could say, but, I covered the most of it. I would stay there again, for sure, and recommend it to others.

Surprisingly beautiful”
We stayed in Hotel Nao as a group last December 29. We were quite disappointed when we saw the hotel signage near the main road because the sign was just written on a piece of white cloth near their building under construction. As we got in the hotel lobby (which is at the back of the construction site), we noticed that the (small) hotel is quite new, thus the posh, clean look. When we got into the family room, it was what surprised us the most: it was a beauty - spacious, comfortable, clean - just as what we have hoped for. Some constructive comments though - the check in process is a bit slow considering that we were the only ones at the reception that time (took us about 15 mins) before getting the keys to the room, the price in agoda that i have paid by credit card and the invoice I signed at the hotel had a difference of Php200 that couldnt be accounted for (apparently the rate in Agoda and the rate in the hotel for an extra bed differ by Php200), the hot and cold water from the faucet is a difficult to control - the water that came out was too hot even if we set the temperature to mid, the drainage in the bathroom clogs easily so the water from the shower stays on the bathroom floor for a bit of time. For a startup hotel.. hotel Nao has a big potential because of its location and room quality. Taal can be seen from the Hotel facade, it is very close to Sky Ranch and to a number of good and well known restaurants in Tagaytay, and close to Robinsons mall. I wish the prices were a bit lower since the hotel is only a 2 star hotel.

Good”
The view of the Taal Volcano very near Hotel Nao is fantastic. This area is the one right outside Papa Doms bar and restaurant. Go for an early morning view. There is ample parking space for Hotel Nao is situated in a lot which is shared by a number of restaurtants/bars. Having said that, it will be noisy during the evening because of the loud music played from the adjacent bars and they can be heard inside the room. Check in/out during outside the normal business hours can be a pain. I checked in and out at around 5am to see that there is no receptionist available. We have to wait for the staff to hear us, wake up from their sleep and tend to our needs. There are also no security guards looking after the hotel which is very concerning! The hotel includes free breakfast in the stay.

overnight lodging”
room is a little cramped, no fresh air to breath or morning sun to wake up to...primary reasons of going to tagaytay. it's just a plain sleepover accomodation. no pool, no jogging paths to run to, no playgrounds, no breakfast/dining table to commune with people. the scent of the room is likewise not relaxing that i have to buy/bring my own freshener.

Good”
They are still on soft-opening, but we decided to stay nonetheless. It is in Vista Point which is inside a compound just beside Gerry's Grill. The main reason why we stayed here is because of the spacious rooms and we were not disappointed. Being a couple with 2 small kids, we didn't have any problems. The water pressure and heater was a bit erratic, but at least it works most of the time. Beds were comfortable, aircon was okay. Some little misses like some stains from the coffee mugs, slippers and the mini-ref wasnt spotless. At night, you could hear the music from the bars outside. They only categorize themselves as a 2-star hotel. No other facilities like pool, gym, etc. Wifi was quite fast. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it was okay. Staff were quite nice and helpful. This is where the price comes in. I wouldn't pay more than 4k for their regular room. I'd say the reasonable pricing should be in the lower 3s (thousand). Their family room is loft-time and looks interesting if you're a big group. but current prices are a bit high for a 2-star hotel. Will I come back to this hotel? Maybe, maybe not. For a few hundreds more, there are better places which offer more (i.e. buffet, pool, etc). We had a good stay but value wise, we might try somewhere else.

Great experience ❤️”
We had a wonderful overnight experience in the family room, t'was clean, organized, huge, beds are in good condition, comfort room is big, wifi connection is fast, tv aircon blower and other things are provided in excellent condition. Complimentary water tea coffee sugar and toiletries are provided as well. Restaurants, mall, and tourist spots are nearby. Staff is accomodating and kind. Breakfast is served in the room and its really delicious (either pinoy or american food). 😀 The lake can also be seen in a special spot outside the hotel.

Recommended”
We stayed here last Christmas. The location is really nice, there are bars, restaurants, and the mall’s right across the street. There also isn’t any corkage fee when you bring food to the room so you can just take out from the nearby restaurants and enjoy it inside your rooms. If youre looking for a hotel with facilities tho there isnt much to do here. 4/5 for us.

Great Location, Great Staff”
(+) Nice view of Taal in the hotel vicinity. Breakfast is good, they don't have a restaurant but they will service breakfast in the room. Friendly staff. Great location (-) Hotel is near the vicinity of a bar, noise can be heard even at night, kids woke up from the noise (-) Water heater at least in the room that we had was defective, hot/cold water is intermittent,

Great!”
Great place to stay as usual, nice amenities and very clean. Parking would be a problem during night time due to adjacent dining/drinking places where visitors usually fill up the area. Would be better if Hotel allocates exclusive parking for hotel guest.

Hotel Nao & Forever”
Overall, it was a nice and great hote. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely comeback. One of my friend even inquired about the hotel and planned to book a room for her mother's b-day.

It is okay BUT...”
My family were booked at summit ridge but they cannot accommodate us all so we decided to book one room at Hotel Nao since it is just across. Location is okay but it has no view of the Taal. Basic amenities were provided. The bed was inviting (probably because of our long drive) You can actually hear the music coming from The Lake District so if you are a light sleeper, this is not a hotel for you. The loft lacks tv and a/c (only electric fan was provided). You cannot use the lanai as it has lots of giant mosquitoes. It lacks a decent table where we can eat. My kids ate breakfast on their beds. Staff were accommodating though.

Cost be lowered for a better value for money”
As per other's review, it is truly not easy to find even though you have instructions already, they need a sign in the parking lot. Rooms and bath are very clean, sheets smell nice, beds are firm, breakfast is good enough. Staff are ok, rooms are big enough, but cost could be lower since the hotel doesn't offer except rooms and breakfast, i will probably look for other choices before coming back.

the romm looks amazing. perfect for the family.”
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were so accommodating. The room was exactly the same as seen in their website. Just perfect! Although the room was great, the H&c shower needs to be fixed and the water leaks on the floor as well.

Fabulous”
The family room had everything we needed. It can fit 5 people, with a loft-type Japanese design. Staff were very friendly and even photocopied some of our documents for free. Location is great as it is beside Gerry's Grill, and is also near Sky Ranch. We'll definitely stay here again.

Just being honest...”
Check-in was a fast n easy. They didn't charge extra for the 1 kid aged 10 y/o and even provided a mattress free of charge. BUT... Electricity was constantly interrupted, more than 20x in an hour. I've been a regular visitor of Tagaytay and this is the first time i've heard of power interruptions. The water was icy cold, we experienced hot water interruptions in the middle of our showers. Even if we complained to the front desk, they couldn't do anything about it because there was a problem with the breaker that they shared with the club right next to it. The club was literally next to the hotel was open up to 4am! Noise was also a problem . We have a baby with our party for pete's sake! We weren't aware of the proximity of the hotel to the club or else we would have booked elsewhere to have a relaxing stay. Even when the club was closed, there were still power interruptions and all things electrical (TV, internet, a/c, hot water) were affected. The plated BF was served super late.

Just average place”
I stayed here for like a day with my friends. Just a normal place. Nothing's special. The price is king of high and the service crew charge me additional 500 pesos for additional person with. I can't recommend this place unless the price drops to where it should be.

Great Stay!”
We enjoyed our stay, almost everything is from ok to great. Just a few things they need to improve on, like guaranteed parking for guest. Parking is difficult from early to late evening. They also ran out of San Mig Lights when i called room service. But overall a great place to stay.
