Unwind, disconnect and reconnect”
The first thing that captured my attention were the staff. Always engaged, no matter what time of day and wherever you encounter them. Very friendly and really serves with a smile. Satyed for 3D 2N for my SIL wedding. Though we were unable to enjoy all facilities they offer, my 6yo son loved the pull out bed, the heated kiddie pool and the playground. Will return with his cousin soon. And not to forget the always satiating breakfast fare. Filipino comfort breakfast food at its finest.

Exceptional”
The hotel room is kinda old, the AC is still traditional AC, but I super love that it's overall clean although there's a strand of hair in one of the pillows. The room is so wide, the TV is connected arlready to Netflix, youtube, and the CR is super clean as well. Bath tub is nice and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet is the best. My baby loved the food. Husband and I had the best breakfast as well. Swimming pool is not warm (hope they can work this out as well since lots of kids are swimming in the cold weather). Although we love that the pool is clean and well maintained. One of their staff gave us pool towel as well. And they let us borrow their salbabida for kids! Overall, we will go back for sure! Best for kids too!

Super sulit and super enjoyable stay”
Will recommend to all family with kids but better choose a big bed,we stayed at deluxe room with bathtub….super sulit sa kids ang bathtub ,even though there’s a swimming pool in the area, it is very cold outside so hindi kaya ng heater ng kids pool ang lamig so the kids swim on the tub instead with hot water,masarap din ang food..the kids enjoyed all the activities.with free popcorn and movie sa may pool area,meron din free milk and oreo for the kids,,,nakakaenjoy din yung bonfire and marshmallow activity,super naenjoy din nila yung feeding ng animals,super lawak ng area …mejo Konte lng yung choices ng food sa breakfast but its ok ,masarap nmn yung food..will book again on this hotel..

hotel kimberly serves as a great family-friendly option to myriad of hotels to choose from in tagaytay. our daughter greatly enjoyed interacting with the farm animals and swimming in the outdoor pool. there's also a very convenient snack bar positioned outside for those who are watching over their child/children while they are enjoying the pool. they also have outdoor movie nights and bonfire lighting. the hotel is neat, the staff extremely nice and accomodating. we were pleasantly surprised to hear staff knocking on our door at night to give-away cookies and milk for our daugther. will definitely be coming back!

Our kids 2 and 8 years old had a blast! Enjoyed every minute of their stay here. Oreos with milk before bedtime, heated kiddie pool, movie night with popcorn, animal feeding, playground, horseback riding, game room… they tried it all! Hats off to all the staff for a superb customer service! The bulalo was also sulit! Breakfast buffet was also decent 😉 We will definitely go back soon!

This is the first hotel we visited as a couple and we had a great experience! Staff members including the security guards are all kind and courteous. We arrived earlier and we were allowed to use their facilities while waiting. We had our lunch before checking in, and their food are good. We also had a complimentary breakfast in buffet set up. Their service is excellent and we really appreciate it. There are also activities perfect for family bonding. Highly recommended!

My son loved our stay here so much that he cried when we left. The hotel has lots of fun activities for the family like animal feeding, movie night by the pool, playground, and bonfire with free marshmallows for everyone! The room was comfortable, it was clean. The Free breakfast buffet was superb! The only downside that we experienced was that our room was not yet ready when we arrived just in time for check-in (2pm). We were able to check-in at 3pm. And they do not adjust the check-out time. A little hassle since we wanted to rest immediately after traveling and roaming around Tagaytay. Other than that, our overall experience was superb, and we'll definitely be back.

We felt so valued and loved by the hotel staff. From the check in to check out. We felt secured with our belongings and the staff were very friendly. The food was also great from breakfast buffet to the restaurant meals. The hotel is kept clean and thw room was very tidy and inviting for ua to rest. The place was family friendly, barkada friendly, couple friendly. As honeymooners we did not regret booking them. It felt like second home to us. We love Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay!!! Value for money.

Kid friendly and convenient ”
Brought a toddler with us. Staff and amenities ate kid friendly and all the areas are easily accesible. You can easily go back to your room to fetch things your kids. Breakfast okay has few selections but over all okay. Staff accommodated our requests to alter some food ( no sugar, no salt, add milk etc) so our toddler can still eat healthy. The horse back riding and animal feeding is a great experience for kids

Kahit di na lumabas ng hotel pwede na kasi may amenities at activities for kids aside sa pool. May feeding the animals, horse back ride, watching movie at the pool, sometimes sa room, they can hire books/ movies inside the room, they gave milk & oreos as compliments for kids during night time. I chose the Superior twin beds for me and the 3 kids. Check the itenerary for the whole stay so that you won't miss any activity.We missed the bonfire and bbq marshmallows. We had so much fun feeding the animals, horse back riding and swimming all day.

Recommended Hotel”
My friend and i booked a 1 night stay at the hotel. The location is near the Skyranch. They have free breakfast too and you can use all the amenities they have inside the hotel. There is billiard table, basketball game for kids, and hand-soccer (i don't know what it's called 😅). They have 3 types of swimming pool, one is 4 feet, 3 feet and 2 ft. Breakfast is good 😊. The Staffs are nice from the security guard to the front-desk 😊. Tgey are all nice.

Great Hotel with great staff”
Thanks Hotel Kimberly for your warm treatment during our stay at your hotel. Kudos to all kuyas in the dining section during our stay they made all our request possible. Food is good. Hot chocolate was a hit. Hopefully they can clean the room everyday eventhough bec accdg to them they were not allowed due to covid but for us who stayed 3 days it gets a little.dirty and messy especially the bathroom floor. I have 3 teenagers and their room really need cleaning everyday. Housekeeping never failed to replaced clean yowel and sheets on our room but on my childrens room they failed to do it once. Housekeeping need to remember to replenish toiletries in the bathroom without the guest asking. They should have activities for the guest like movie nights, bonfire,farm tour to make the stay enjoyable and this should must be offered by the front desk because it gets a kind of boring just staying inside the room. Pool is at 27deg so its cold so we didnt get to enjoy the pool. We understand that activities were not offered and pool is not heated bec during our stay at HK there were no other guest i think. So it wld be a waste of money to heat the pool for us only. I just hope we get to enjoy all these on our next stay at HK. nonetheless we still enjoy our stay and we wld definitely comeback at HK..super clean and staff were all great again special mention to all dining people..One thing i didnt like was the bed (Rm 404) its too hard for me. Also for us who stayed 3 nights breakfast menu gets a little overwhelming,i hope they have a 2nd set of breakfast menu for guest who stayed more than 2 nights but again nonetheless breakfast is so good and in generous amount..Overall i love Hotel Kimberly

Family Getaway”
The hotel have a farm, kiddie pool with slides, playground, movie night (every night), bonfire and smores, and a whole lot more! We stayed for one night only but we get to maximize our stay due to these activities. Perfect for a family getaway! Slight improvement maybe to make the kiddie pool heated, my 3yo was shivering.
