Maraming negative comments here in the past pero we opted to trust pa rin to stay here dahil sa value for money. Eventually, hindi kami nabigo. Here are some facts that we experienced: • Super bilis ang approval for our QTP • Meron silang sariling Triage. But we are done with the Triage sa Bus Terminal pa lang • Well accomodating ang staff at mabilis na confirm ang booking namin online • Dumating kami ng past 1 hour sa aming booking time pero very glad pa rin nila kaming inentertain with no extra charges • They make it appoint na well disinfected and clean ang aming room • Supet bango at linis ng room pagpasok pa lang namin at complete ang amenities • Modern na ang room at malamig kahit walang aircon • Gumagana ang heater at super comfty mag rest. May cabled tv, extra bedsheets at may vanity mirror pa sila • Super sarap ng free breakfast at served immediately. Breakfast is served from 7am till 10am. Maraming choices at may free coffee pa. I brought my family with senior and we spent 1 night here. The location is near (7-11 minute walk depends to you though) to Burnham park and SM Baguio and from there you can start your tour. The price is so worth it because as for the room and breakfast, they upgraded them originally from good for two person breakfast and bunk beds (4 pax) into 2 queen beds and good for 4 pax breakfast, which I was very surprised and happy about it. It never happened to me from the past of my staycations and hotel bookings. The food is also perfect with coffee! The staffs are very nice and accommodating. They greeted us with warm welcome and greet us everytime we met along the hallway hahaha. The heater is also working and wifi is fast! Definitely highly recommended this hotel! It was a wonderful experience and I am really glad about it and my family as well since it was their first time visiting Baguio. Well done and stay wonderfull. 😍

We booked a one night stay at Hotel Henrico Kisad on 1st week of January 2025. I was so disappointed. The reviews on this hotels seems very good. It was even recommended to me by a friend. Sadly our experience there was not the same as what others did. We stayed at room 102. Cost of our room is 4600+ pesos for 5 adults. They even said that we can add one more bed. But the room was so small where will they put the bed. We called them before booking if we can and said yes. I will start with the Cons. 1. When we arrived, they are still cleaning the room. We were able to check-in a few minutes after we arrived. The floor is still wet from the mop. 2. The bathroom flush didnt work. We were told by the staff to use their common restroom if we need to poop. We only can pee. It was fortunate that our room is in the ground floor. No body can fix the toilet bowl that night so we have to get it through the night. We checked out around 8am next day. 3. There are molds in the wall and ceiling. 4. Their rugs look dirty. Though it seems it was cleaned. 5. No drinking glass for toothbrushing. You use your hands when you need to gargle. 6. The room is very humid. 7. Because the room is near their retaurant, I can even hear their blender running and staff talking. 8. No sheer curtain in the window. You can even hear people outside right beside your window talking and coughing. Yes they have black out curtains. So entire stay, the curtain was closed. The room is too dark. 9. Bathroom window is closed. No exhaust fan. So if you do your thing, all smell goes to your room when you go out. Pros: 1. I am happy with their friendly and accomodating staff. 2. Their food is very good. Not too expensive. Even their plated breakfast was good. 3. You can request their staff to get a taxi for you. 4. We stayed at their lobby and their restaurant that night. The room is very small for the 5 of us. So my husband and I had a coffee their. I like their cozy lobby and restaurant. 5. Their common restroom is clean. So we dont mind if we do our thing there. Final verdict. Book somewhere else. There are other cheap inns ot hotel that are better than this hotel.

Napaka welcoming ng place and ng mga staff. Pag pasok pa lang sa hotel ang ganda na ng ambiance, meron din free breakfast na napakasarap na included sa stay namin sa hotel. Nag order din kami ng ibang food, Medyo pricy ung price pero super sarap lahat pati ung Buffalo wings. About sa room (standard couple room) Ang laki ng space which is very comfortable, ung Comfort Room malinis, my heater, ung sa isang towel medyo halatang luma na. Ang napansin ko lang may mga lamok on our 2nd night, pero okay lang, dahil madali naman sila patayin. Meron din electric fan, strong wifi connection, ung sa TV meron din pero mahina ang signal minsan. Pero okay lang din dahil puro gala lang naman kami. Yung bed malaki at di kami siksikan. Ung pillow malambot, ung bedsheet, at blanket ay malinis din. Puro lakad lang ang ginawa namin ng partner ko, from the hotel to Burnham, Session Road, Cathedral, SM Baguio, ang sarap maglakad dahil sa weather, kahit medyo maulan. Pwede rin kayo mag patawag ng taxi sa staff nila, pero mas masaya lakarin pababa dahil medyo matarik (exciting) Ang babait ng mga staff po pati ung guard na duty sa gabi. Thank you sa inyo.
