Greatest Hotel In Karachi”

This Hotel is one of the best in Karachi on par with Avari Tower and Marriott hotels. I was in Karachi for a project and this was my first time in Karachi with not knowing anyone.The Staff at the hotel does not give you a warm welcome they help you out and really care for there guest going to any lengths to help out. The rooms are amazing and clean and the Breakfast was Outstanding with a wide selection of Western and Pakistani Options.If you are ever in Karachi and looking for a hotel I highly recommend this one especially it being next to a shopping mall. A special Thanks to Zafar Sir, Saqib, Lal Mohammed, Danyal, Farhat and Zeeshan for making my stay the best in Karachi.

The stay was nice, but had to wait before check-in the reception didn't approve of my Agoda booking, seems they discourage online bookings. Need to keep this in mind before booking.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS”

, After travelling for 10days and all the hotels were very disappointing. This hotel was the first one that I considered as international standard. Very clean comfortable and tea and coffee facilities in the room which is rarity in Pakistan. Staff very friendly also to assist and help.Will definite stay again here if I come to Karachi.

I advised the Management of the Hotel to cpme up with Exit Routes in case of Fire. It should have lighted Exit Routes.

Disappointing”

This could have been a very enjoyable stay but we had constant problems with hot water in the rooms. On the first floor you'd have to run the shower for 15 or 20 minutes before you could get any hot water. A terrible waste of water. Also, we had two rooms and small items went missing from both rooms. Cleaning wasn't the best and we had to ask for things that should have been left in the room on several occasions too. The staff were generally very attentive and allowed us to have a late check out too.

hotel is good, except for foods are the same for everyday, housekeeper did not changes my blanket, they just mark up my room without changing my blanket throught out my stay for 2 weeks
