Great walking distance to George Town's food areas”
For the price, this is a fantastic place to stay. Smooth transaction from top to bottom, sweet staff, 1 free indoor parking if you have a room here, and best of all it's within walking distance of most of George Town's food spots. For my three days and two nights here I just walked over to Chulia St. for dinner, and around the area for breakfast and lunch, which is something I recommend doing knowing Penang's difficult parking situation. Room and hotel vicinities are very clean, and really I have no complaints. Just be aware to bring about RM 100 in cash to pay for security deposit, and book in advance - even as I was checking in, it was fully booked for the week I was there.

The breakfast is decent, it is a Asian breakfast (rice/noodles/bread/eggs/etc). Good landmark, easy to find anywhere in the city as the building is tall. Convenient near to amenities , several mini marts within walking distance. Bathroom is slippery due to tiled floor, be careful. Hallways have a musty smell, though the rooms are clean with a great view. Nightclub could be heard from the 17th floor, be prepared the nightclub closes around 1am. Swimming pool is clean and better than the photos of it online. Tv stops working during heavy rain, it is a common problem in penang. Wifi is great, fast and efficient to connect to. Staff are kind and helpful.

Great Location and value for money”
The hotel is located at Penang road, the famous road in George Town with many choices of food and shops. Room is large for 3 persons and very good view to look at the sea. Staff is helpful and attend to us very quickly.

great basic hotel.”
it’s pretty basic by all means but it’s great. i stayed in a 1king sized bed room, size of the room is adequate to accommodate my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 toddlers), for less than rm100 per night with promo. the bathroom are pretty clean with bathtub, my toddlers really appreciate that. the hotel location is great, quite a few attractions are walking distance and restaurants (both halal and not) are easily accessible around hotel area. this is my 3rd or 4th stay at the hotel. staff are okay, maybe need to be a bit more attentive and more staff to be working at the counter especially during peak check-in and check-out. but overall its a pleasant stay with a fair price offer.
