Hotel was nice but a little outdated with furnishings. Stayed on the 1st door with a lanai—it was nice to relax after sightseeing all day. There’s mini fridge in the room and a water cooler in the common area. The owners were nice and check in was simple. A good 10min walk to the beach and 5-8 minutes so shops and cafes.

I stayed here for 4 days straight and while I was there the service I received was just amazing! My stay couldn't have been better. The location was also good. It is right by T-Galleria, a walking distance. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay with good price, then this is your choice!

Affordable but not as clean”
The hotel location was great, price was affordable, but the bathroom was unsanitary. The tub had hair and dirt that looked like was left from previous customers. Wooden floors in the room were dirty, we had to wear shoes/slippers walking around inside

A comfortable place to stay in saipan”
It was very comfortable while stayed in Holiday Saipan Resort. expecially room 101 and 102, they are larger than other room and very quiet. it got 2 double size bed, 1 dining table,large bathroom. All in all, its totally worth the money you spend. I will stay there again if i ever go back to saipan.

Good location and rooms, Quiet neighborhood”
This is a hotel off the main street but close enough to the main street (Resorts, Restaurants, DFS etc; 5 minutes walk) and beach in Garapan. It is not a resort but a good hotel to stay for a couple of days. Rooms are spacious & clean. A difference from Guam is that they replace towels everyday. And they are bath towels. Staff is very helpful, and they arrange for your airport transportation. There is free drinking water. There is a locker in the office where you can keep valuables in a "personal" locker with key. The best thing is the neighborhood- very quiet all the time. We stayed in off-season; wonder if during peak season, hotel guests more than compensate for lack of noise from the neighborhood. In any event, recommend it highly

Comfortable, Clean”
I usually stay here when visiting Saipan for work. I think the staff are always friendly and helpful. Access getting into and out of the hotel to the parking lot is quick and easy. I recommend staying on the 1st floor because there is no elevator and if you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, be prepared to lug your baggage up a few flights of stairs.

Very convenient location and reasonable price”
Maybe it is not easy to reserve such kind of hotel that is reasonable price, placed in the middle road, Garapan. If travellers want to roam and shop in the downtown and sunset beaches without rental car, this hotel will be good for them.

Okay Room. Horrible Road”
Everything was fine. It needs to be updated but for the price it was okay. I am used to staying in higher end hotels when on an expense account or for vacation but this time needed to be a little frugal as I am moving to Saipan and didn't know how long I would have to stay in a hotel eat out and rent a car. Due to the recent storms housing and hotels are more difficult to obtain. The only complaint that I have, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself is the road right outside. Apparently it is being fixed but I saw no work being done to it. It is just a muddy mess and a couple of times was a river and a lake. Better suited for off road joy rides than regular travel. It wasn't fun walking on it either as you really had to watch out for deep mud puddles and cars going to fast causing water to rush at you. Public works needs to do something about it fast.

Good value, but everything got exponentially better with their service!”
I got to the hotel around 4am, and the staff members were informative & helpful from then til my departure. I left my swimming shorts out in the balcony to dry, which got blown away overnight. So I simply asked the staff if they can have a look around for it by chance, and they found it waaaaaay far away from the hotel. They're super amazing. Massage was good too, and I gave 4 stars for facilities cuz the poolside was closed since the typhoon. Location is great overall, but I drink like a maniac so it took me 7-8 minutes to all the bars. Still great location for the price and everything else I got there. Highly highly recommended!

Decent place to stay in overpriced Saipan”
It's hard to say that this hotel was in any way luxurious compared to what you can get for your money in Southeast Asia. But this is Saipan, so prices are higher. If you're on a budget, this is about the best you can do. Highly recommend renting a scooter to get to the beach more quickly.

A conveniently located hotel”
I chose the hotel because of its rating in Agoda and other sites as compared to the price. The price is reasonable as compared to the location and room. The hotel does not provide any toiletteries except soap and shampoo, but it provides two bottles of water and free wi-fi. Free incomputer and free coffee is available at the lobby. It has a Japanese restaurant, but the food is not as good as the one at the Himawari Hotel locted on the next strret. Check in time is 2 PM, but I was allowed to checked in at 1 PM and the receptioniss are helpfull in providing information and direction.

Terrible experience ”
I had a terrible experience with this hotel, if you want to go to Saipan and want tonbook this hotel, you should think twice and Make sure you will not regret to stay!!! Firstly, The room do not have wifi but on website they said they offer free wifi. Secondly, We requested for one big bed, they only reserved two beds, I asked for changing the room the next day, but they refused to change for me. Thirdly, their service is really terrible, I'm feeling I got rid off, they actually allow early checking for extra money, when I emailed them they said can't let me early in and asked me to booked one night and pay for full night. This is the worse hotel that I ever stayed, the owner is not care for the guest, they just care their money!!! Furthermore, the showr water is barely come out and not hot enough, I paid USD105 per night for such bad quality hotel, I was so pissed and could not enjoy at all. The above all my true experience!

Even the hotel to shopping point and restaurant is walking distance..but the road around hotel is very quite.not recommend to go out or come back very late.no lift in the hotel,have to carry the luggage to room.no transport at all around hotel only taxi..if u can drive better rent a car.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Love Healing Stone massage on the 1st floor. Parking can be difficult at times. Beds are not soft, but rooms are well cleaned. Try to get a room on the 1st floor, as there are no elevators.

Helpfully reception, greet location. Room is clean. But maybe the facilities are old, the table lamp is broken. And there is no restaurant in hotel, a little inconvenience.
