Lucky to visit here. I passed an n-clex exam while using here. Everyone was very nice and kind. I'll visit again. Room condition was nice and pickup&sanding service was great. Thanks to Himawari. I miss Saipan, my lucky island. I hope that I can get a chance to visit again.

This is good choice to spend nights”
We chose this hotel, because we considered to spend only nights here. The hotel has nice location, about 10-minute walking to Micro Beach. In the hotel, there is japan grocery store with bakery on the first floor. We fased with only one little trouble, enchiridion of safe box related to other device. Nevertheless, If you wand to have a beach rest with family, you should book another hotel.

all the things were in good conditions. place and prices were satisfied. especially the market on ground floor, that was awesome. there were many types of soup and bread. we enjoyed them. :)

Rooms were tidy and clean. No problem with water pressure or lack of hot water. However, the bed mattresses were very firm and the pillow, small and only one, were extra firm. This made my sleep uncomfortable.

Excellent large room with a very comfortable bed. I was impressed by how clean it was and the bakery and restaurant downstairs were a real bonus.

Good location and pleasant stay”
I think the location of hotel is very great. And, it has the supermarket and restaurant in the downstair. That's really perfect for travelers. The only bad feeling was the staff's attitude while I arrived earlier. She thought she was funny for reply. The staff need to retrain for their service attitude. Except the staff attitude, the overall performance was good and recommend to traveler for accommodation. Please train the staff for their customer service.

For the reception staff, i think they need to be retrained. Except the poor staff attitude in reception, the overall hotel condition and location are good for travelers. the downstair of hotel had the supermarket & restaurant. DFS shop could be walkable from hotel.

Okay, for a very short stay”
The complaints I have were mostly about the bathroom. The shower is pure salt water. Yes, like actual seawater. It is also worn out and not too clean. There was an actual floater in the toilet when I arrived. Enough said on that. Also, the refrigerator didn't keep my water cold.

Well where do I start, in order for the airport shuttle to be free for a traveler you have to email them which is not stated anywhere on any web site. In order for us to check in upon arrival we had to pay for an additional day even though we already had a reservation because they don’t do early check in. They check in at 3 pm and this woman had the raw nerve to suggest that we go somewhere and wait from 2 am until 3pm so that we could check in. Then when quoted the price by the boss for the extra day I said we would pay but when it came time they changed the amount to be given. Not good business practice. I am not impressed. Oh by the way if you get there late in the evening or early in the morning you’re checked in by a security guard because the front desk is inside the restaurant that is attached and it closes at 10 so there’s that
