الفندق يعتبر مناسب 8.5/10 الملاحظات للتحسين١/ لقد حجزت غرفة لغير المدخنين ولكن تفاجئت برائحة التدخين طلبت تغيير الغرفة اخذ مني قرابة نصف ساعة وتم تغير الغرفة ٢/ بعد ما تم تغير الغرفة اعطوني غرفة من شقة بينهما باب مغلق ٣/ النت يقطع بعض الشيء باستثناء ذلك كل شي كان مناسب الموظفون الفطور النظافة قربه من الخدمات والمول توقف المواقف كل شيء Observation: 1/ booked no smoking room but got one with smelling I ask to change and I got new room part of flat in between closed door took 30 min 2/ net a pit disconnecting Other all good recommended to other my rating 8.5/10

Don't pay for the Breakfast ”
It's good hotel overall especially the connected mall for light shopping. But I regret to pay extra for the Breakfast since it's not worth it. I usually take the room with breakfast in all hotels including Alain Rotana and they have a great food. But this spicific rotana it not worth it for example the shakshoka it's very stiff and you can't cut the omelets in top and the Blaleet should be cooked with sugar not salt, it was too salty in a bad way. They need to train the chief
