Very happy with our stay”
We really couldn't have asked for more. The room is very clean and tidy and the bed is quite comfortable. Ample international stations were available on the TV. The breakfast selection consists of many choices with both Western and Chinese dishes (with some selections changing daily). The staff is very friendly and helpful and can communicate in English. There is also a currency exchange machine in the lobby which came in handy as we found that some of the nearby smaller banks do not provide this service to foreigners (i.e. people with no accounts at those banks). The location is great; walk-able distance to the Bund, Nanking Street, People's Square and many small eateries. The hotel is close to the metro station but we'd chose to use the City Sightseeing hop on-hop off bus to get around the city (80 RMB / 24 hr pass). In summary, we would definitely stay here the next time we are in Shanghai.

Location: near People's square exit 18-20..just a few mins walk you can reach the hotel. There are mcdo, kfc, family mart nearby. Room: got the premier family room for 3 pax. Very clean and just like other aparment, it has all the appliances we need like microwave and laundry machine. we enjoyed our stay in room 916 :) Hotel: looks like the hotel was newly renovated, smells good also from the entrance to the hallway. Staff: some can speak english so there is no hassle. very accommodating also Breakfast: we only stayed 2 nights and the variety of food is good and it is changing during our stay. It is a combination of western and chinese food. Overall, I would love to book here again when I come back to Shanghai. I highly recommed it to everyone (solo, family, business travel). It is worth the price! Good job to the hotel management for maintaining it 😄

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Green Court Residence. We arrived quite early and the reception tried to get us checked-in at 12 so that we could take a rest. The room was spacious and very clean. It was studio type so there were kitchen stuffs so we could enjoy some food conveniently. Breakfast was good too. The property is located just a few minutes walk from People Square station, which means it's easy to move every where. (Tips here: don't follow Google map which makes the way to the front gate - longer way, you can go pass the corner of Marriot hotel to the back gate) Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if I travel to Shanghai.

Many choices for the buffet breakfast composed of international dishes. Our unit has two rooms a kitchen with plates glasses utensils ref microwave oven. There is also ironing board. The room is always clean and towel changed everyday. Staff are friendly but few speak and understand english. Great location at the center of all tourist spots in shanghai.

The hotel location is very strategic and just 10 mins walk to shopping area. Local delights are easily accessible. Stayed in room 1818 and the room is just newly refurbished. For the amount of money you pay in shanghai, this is probably one of the best if not the best. They even provided my 7yo son with a breakfast voucher for free! Thank you Green Court for the wonderful time! My kids love the spacious room.. Will definitely come again for sure!

Rooms were very clear and spacious. Staff speak English and helpful at the front desk. Located in the downtown and very close to all the attraction and subway station. The breakfast is 6.30 to 10 A.M. the staffs started cleaning up at 9.45 A.M. The selection is limited and should go there early.

The stay was good, the rooms were spacious, the front desk and bellboys were very helpful. Everything was good except their late stay policy, only after Agoda intervened we managed to get a couple of hours extra after a six night stay, the place would do well if they became a little bit more flexible.
