It's an ok hotel. ”
First impression was that the hotel is in decay. Looks little bit sad and old, but I was ok with that. The real problem to me was the dirty in the room. We felt like the room was unused for a long time, so maybe that was the reason for the mold smell and all the dust around. The only thing that looked clean and fresh was the bed linen and the towels. We just thought the maybe they would clean on the next day. But when we got back after the cleaning lady has already done the cleaning, except for the bed and the replaced towels, everything was still exactly the same. Dirty as f. And then, the next day the same. Instead of making a complaint and probably ruining our trip we just cleaned ourselves with some cleaning wipes. lol We never tipped her, so of course somedays she forgot to replace towels, toilet paper, and one day no towel at all. For what you got I think the price is too high. But the location is everything! We Despite the dirtiness we had an amazing time in Saipan.

A restless night”
The location was good because it was in front of the shopping mall. But that was it. At night, the lights went off and on for hours, and the elevator didn't work either. He lied down for hours in the lobby, saying, "I can fix it quickly if I ask you to know what to deal with it. I was in bad condition because I couldn't sleep and couldn't enjoy my vacation properly. The hotel food was tasteless, too. The barbecue was all cold and came out after drinking. If you evaluate it, only the position is good.

Great location and staffs”
The hotel is located on the entrence of Garapan city so it provided really convenient access to every popular areas such as famous restaurants, FDS, souvenir shops and etc. Grandvrio staffs was very freindly and gentle to my asking. On the other hand, the quality of the room was poor and worn-out. The image of the room(Standard A) was dark and rusty whereas the view was so nice.

our family stayed at this hotel, it was nicely located, close to the ABC store and I love Saipan. the pool was clean, the staff was kind. I liked it so much. I'd like to stay there if I go there again. oh. there were some shows at night in the lobby. free, of course

It was great location but not clean room”
The room size is good but condition was not clean. The sheet was dirty and not cleaned, even I found any spot. But except it, it was great. nice people and kind always, good lication. My son likes the pool and the gaurd was so kind. Thank ypu for making good memory in saipan.

Good location”
It is located just the opposite to DFS. And there are a big supermarket, a big ABC store and a big "I Love Saipan" nearby. The room size is like Japanese style, very small but with sea view balcony. And it is equipped with shampoo and surprisingly conditioner, but not shower gel.

1. in the front of DFS 2. in downtown, supermarket, many restaurants and shops beside hotel 3. staff are very kind 4. a 4-beds room for me, since the room is old, anyway, facilities are enough. 5. swimming pool and beach is fine

Great location of the hotel and convenient for transportation. Room was a bit too humid on the first night but once keep AC and the dryer running, it’s improved. Beautiful view from the Taga tower.

Two things to mention 1. Make sure you book a room at one of the new two towers because the lobby section of rooms are outdated and have terrible beds but they are less expensive 2. Breakfast is not included but you can eat at one of the on site restaurants one has buffet style it’s very good

Old beat up facility ”
Pros good location next to casino and duty free. But in Saipan everything is near by anyway. Cons...main building is beat up rooms are beat up floors are all scratched up. Room feels dusty. New building looks nice but didn't get s chance to see its interior. Several nice looking hotels for cheaper prices.

good location in main street oppsite the DSF and lots of stores, the beach just behind the hotel with nice seaview from the balcony, the staff are very nice and helpful, quickly checkin and checkout, recommend.

Room in main building ( room 726)”
My room was very bad to live in, that the bed was very hard to sleep on it with its hard and uncomfortable mattress and pillow. we could not sleep for two night till I met the frontdesk maneger. I cannot understand how you can offer this room for more than 130 USD per day (standard room and extra money for changing the room). you are only selling the view, but room cost should be like motel or guest house cost. I know my opinion is not important to you and may be you will ignore my complain. thanks

worst hotel ever”
they dont clean the rooms i guess. if u guys are in the hotel, check out under the bed. you will know what im talking about. service was horrible. they ask us to leave room keys at the lobby when we go out sightseeing, in case we lose it. however, they actually lost our room key and saying we havent leave our key. they luckily found key. service is horrible, breakfast is horrible as well, everything in saipan was awesome except this hotel.
