The lounge staff is friendly and very helpful. I've stayed in both club room and club suite. Both river view and mountain view. I stayed at a rather lower floor for my river view, and the view was semi-blocked. But the river view from the club lounge is superb, and the lounge hours are quite long. Afternoon tea is nothing much, but happy hour and breakfast is great.

Limusine bus 6705 park in front of hotel and take time 2.15 hrs. Good shuttle bus to station . Room are Good bed and deck.

Even though I was able to get a lower price on the room for 2 nights, I thought it was still high especially once I saw the size of the room and the small bed. I booked this hotel mainly for the "pool package" and the included breakfast buffet. However, the outdoor pool was disappointing especially in regards to seating. In order to sit near the pool, one had to buy a ticket for W80,000 to sit on a wicker recliner with an umbrella. Otherwise, you were regulated to the bleacher seats several levels away from the pool. I just thought this was "really cheap" of the hotel to expect guests to pay additionally to totally enjoy the facilities. I felt it was misleading. I will never consider staying in a non-international hotel chain in Seoul again, especially Grand Walkerhill Seoul.

We stay in Douglas Annex, the room was very good, but the breakfast was very poor & the choices very limited. Nobody was available to assist us and we had to prepare omelet by ourselves, although the rates of the room expensive comparing to the provided services.

One of the worst places I have EVER stayed”
The rooms are small and old and the Casino is the worst I have Ever had the misfortune to go into. The Bathroom was Like a Wardrobe it was so small. We had paid for two nights but left as quickly as could after only one Night... One Word HORRIBLE

The natural surroundings of the hotel is just beautiful. The best place to enjoy the cherry blossoms in Korea. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely to stay in the Douglas annex with its cozy atmosphere.

It was our anniversary treat, and it was very good for the most part. The Location is wonderful up in a wooded area above the city. My wife really enjoyed. The only downside I felt it was somewhat over priced especially at the buffet evening meal we chose.$100 USD per person is a bit much.
