Superb location and big room ”
Location is great! Literally 5 mins walk to downtown and most major attractions are within 15-20 mins walk. It is just opposite Le Meridien which I believe it's still renovating in end 2022. Though the hotel isn't the most modern but rooms are big and clean.

Free parking but need to book in advance. There’s still some street parking nearby as well so not too worried. Few free bicycles to lend but clean. Double Room is clean with big stand shower.

Fantastic hotel and staff”
I loved my stay at the Quality Inn in Hualien. The staff were fantastic. There was always someone avilable who spoke very good English and they were always helpful. The Inn is close to a varied shopping area, with a lovely little market closeby as well.

I highly recommend Quality Inn Hualien! It's not the newest building, but the materials used still feel very high "quality". And the location is great as well, easily walk-able to night market and restaurants.

Nice hotel with good location”
We stayed at Quality inn for 2 nights. Hotel was located adjacent to the main road of Hualien City where most of the eateries and shops were located. There is a 24hr Mcdonald's right next to the hotel if any one wants an late night snack and an alternative to the convenience store. Liked the fact that Starbucks was just a street away, had to have a caffeine fix some times. Breakfast was provided, similar to most of the offerings by hotels in Taipei which typically includes porridge, condiments, bread, some western breakfast items such as egg and ham. Room looked new, design and decor were stylish and modern. In room Wifi was included and obviously a plus.

We were helped immensely by the concierge whether for restaurant reservation, for tour suggestions or simply for shopping advice. Hualien city itself is not large so if you intend to visit the night markets or just find a decent restaurant, just grab a cab. Quality Inn is within easy reach of the main dining and shopping options.

Clean and new hotel with a convenient location”
we stayed in a family room with two double beds. the staff who attended to us were very polite and were quick to assist us with our enquiries. one staff personally attended to us and brought us to the dining area and our room, explaining the amentities provided in the room and the hotel. the room was very clean and spacious. the bed was on the soft side, which could be comfortable for people with back problems. the breakfast buffet spread was simple, but sufficent given that you will eat along the way as you shop in the shopping district. overall, quality inn certainly left a good impression on me. will come back if i visit hualien in the future.

clean and nice hotel with good location”
we had a pleasant stay at the quality inn. the hotel room was clean and spacious. the full-height windows overlook the carpark and low rise buildings in front with a mountainous backdrop. service staff was friendly and helpful. we told them we need to check out early in the morning at 5.40am and they immediately offered to book a cab for us in advance. there's a bustling street just a short walk away from the hotel which was really convenient. the railway station is also only a ten-min drive away, where we went to and fro from taipei.

The hotel is very near the railway station, approximately 10 to 15mins, NT120. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The toilet was spacious and clean but no bathtub. Walking distance to city shopping district and nice dining area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to provide direction and suggestion on the place of interest. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Hualien.

I would love to recommend this hotel to those who are coming to Hualien. it's within 5 mins walking distance to city center where you have dinner at night and just strolling around the city. Downstairs there is a bakery, 7-11, McDonalds, and KFC if you feel like having fast food. 45 minutes drive to Cingshuei Cliff and 30 mins drive to Taroko. for me the location is just ideal.
