Sea View Hotel in the City”

It is a sea view hotel in the city. Everything is good especially the bed and washroom. Large window sizes and can see sun rise. The staff is nice and help us call taxi. I like this hotel so much.

Not as expected”

The room is smaller than we expected, and the location is quite far from main attraction. The second day, our room was not cleaned, this is also out of expectation. but it is ok since we only stay two days there. Hualien is always interesting place to go regardless of the hotel. About the hotel, we might prefer to try other hotel in Hualien.

nice jacuzzi”

the motel is quite far from the train station. hence, a cab is needed. its about 15mins walk downhill to the nearest food areas and shopping areas. the jacuzzi is great with sea view...

Lovely hotel but a little out of the central zone”

My sisters and I stayed in the family room. We were very happy to say that our room looked identical to the picture on the website. Our room had a seaside view, a balcony, ample space for three of us and a bathroom which had it's own flat screen tv and a jacuzzi tub with disco lights. We were given complimentary Macdonald's breakfast for our entire stay as well. The staff is friendly and prompt with the housekeeping and were able to recognise us and by the second day that we were there. The hotel is away from the main streets where the night markets and shops are located but the hotel offers free bicycle rental service to the hotel guests to borrow should the hotel guests need a late night snack from the convenient store. It was a pleasant stay on the whole

Great bathroom with spa and TV and friendly staff!”

The manager "Hero" was helpful and set our GPS to next destination. Room very good and a lovely town.

clean comfortable room ”

Checked in at 3 pm. Hotel staff was attentive and had already sent our luggages to our hotel room. The bathroom exceeded our expectations with a jacuzzi bathtub and rain showerhead. You can enjoy the seaview while in the bath as well. Room was average with just enough space to walk around the bed.

Couple hotel ”

We were passing by for the night. Hotel is definitely designed for couples. There is a carpark downstairs which is connected to an extremely small reception. Toilet comes with a tub and television.

Good Service but location a bit far away from town”

Just for a night stay is ok”

Really a 3 star motel, not a hotel. There is no front desk. the security counter is equivalent to the check in front desk. Ok for a night stay just for stop over.

Sorry but not that impressed”

No lobby no English room a bit cramped and a good 60 minute walk to the station.

這次住宿是第一次住到沒有包括早餐的。 除了環境乾淨。 有以下幾個問題: 冰箱不冷，當天請人更換，處理完畢。 淋浴間門把螺栓脫離，隔日退房後才告知房務員。 車位不是很大

可以更仔細”

整體來說還不錯 可惜淋浴間的蓮蓬頭上 除了有之前房客用過的洗沐浴乳的垃圾外 還有菸蒂 這真的讓人有些無言 在整理的時候還是要注意一下

開車至市中心不會很遠，附近有夜市及公園。海景房可遠眺海邊，但不是離海邊很近就是。房間雖然不是很大，還算乾淨整齊，整體性還ok！

好差~一定唔會有下次~ 1)房務服務差, 第一日執房就整唔見我D野, 第二次執房又唔記得關雪櫃, 攪到我雪緊既手信食物變壞唒 2)間房既地毯同被單都好骯髒, 訓醒覺會比野咬到一粒粒, 換過一次房都係咁 3)話係海景房, 但睇唔到海, 窗戶對住一條十字馬路, 馬路旁係公園, 公園後面先係海, 仲要有條防波提阻礙視線 4)地點係極之唔就腳, 一定要用的士代步, 但唔係架架的士都識去呢間MOTEL, 我試過行出市中心, 要用30分鐘以上, 更加冇可能行去火車站 5)RECEPTION 係停車場既入口黎, 即係停車場繳費處同辦理入住係同一個位, 每一次得一個員工坐係"更亭"入面 總括黎講, 觀景問題我可以忍, 員工服務態度問題我可以忍, 但房間清潔度低就唔可以忍, 因為真係會比野咬到一粒粒, 又痕又痛, 仲要一個星期都未散

景觀一流”

房內有特大窗戶觀看海景, 但保安或酒店服務一概欠缺, 有停車場供住客免費泊車,如果只想找地方一睡, 不錯的選擇, 海景望日出比較困難, 晚上黑色一片, 中午看海最好,有上網但只限用接線方式.
