They always could have something new”
This is not our first time visiting the hotel, last time was almost 4 years ago. And by the time, we were already surprised how good their hospitality was, no matter it's from the front desk, restaurant, or the club, even the housekeeping crew was amazing. This time we have gone back for the second time, and nothing, again, would let us down. And the hotel had rearranged the club which has a taser-maze. Our kid had played for so many rounds and still wanna do again. And the pool and spa/sauna is still satisfying. After all these years, the cleanliness is still under maintained. There is a mini bar offering some coffee/tea, juice/smoothie and some ginger hot tea. There was even a complimentary local Yi-Lan meat ball soup. Wifi is provided free all around hotel area, and the best part that you can also enjoy hot-spring in your own room. Excellent choice with reasonable price to have relaxing holidays here.

Great outdoor hot spring facility with different atmosphere at night and in the day time. Good breakfast with healthy vegetable and juice bar. The room has a great mountain view, such a pity that I dis not even have time to enjoy the indoor bath tub. If I must be picky, it is the coffee cup and juice cup served besides the pool. The plastic material makes it looks cheap.

Luxury hotel with amazing 5 star service ”
The hotel staff were very accommodating with requests. When traveling with a large group, some people might not be awake for breakfast. The hotel will prepare breakfast boxes for you. They even deliver delicious egg tarts as snacks right after we check in and settled in the room (good timing). The hot spring at the roof top doesn’t have views. We were a little disappointed but then that’s one way to make sure no one can see the naked hot spring area. On a side note, the ramen place beside the hotel that you can soak your feet in the hot spring. The ramen was ok, but the rest was disgusting. I had the worst uni in my life there and I generally order uni at Japanese restaurants in japan, Canada, United States, and Taiwan. This says something about their quality of food.

Perfect getaway”
We really enjoy a lot staying at the hotel, the only regret is not staying for an extra night. Although I check in at 2 and only check out the next day at 11am, spent most of the time in the hotel, is not enough. The hotel have too many facilities and activities to enjoy.

nice hot spring hotel for family”
If you are with kids, this is really an ideal resort to stay one or two nights. The hotspring area can occupy you for half a day then you can go out and have some fun in nearby attractions. There are also some nice local delicacy around but probably need some walking to reach there. The rooms are spacious and very nicely maintained. There is hotspring in each room so if you want to do that privately it is also good. All snacks and drinks and fruits in the room are free! They also use Crabtree toiletries.

Great Hot Springs Hotel”
This is the second time we stayed in Evergreen Resort Hotel Jiaoxi. We love this hotel and the hot springs. The staffs were friendly and polite. The room were clean with plenty of free drink and snack. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast could be a little bit better.

Good services and friendly staff”
It is my second stay because of the friendly staff and in-room hot spring facility. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good with lot of varieties of food. Justice bar is fantastic. The reservation team call me two times to confirm my booking details and arrival although I booked through Agoda and not direct with hotel. You feel that you are being taking good care before you arriving the hotel. It was a great stay and will go back again in the future if I stay at Yilan.

Great family resort. Plenty to do especially for kids. Buffet dinner was great. Breakfast has a lot of verity, but could be a little better. Coffee was about the worst I had during my entire trip. One would not expect hotel coffee be more tasteless than the convenient store offerings. Rooms and staffs are great though
