Pleasant stay, thanks to the staff!”
Estancia Resort Hotel's amenities are still undergoing clean-up due to the Taal eruption, but we were not after those: we wanted to get some rest more than anything. The staff are all pleasant, courteous and accommodating: our requests for service water, ironing board and clean-up of room are all promptly granted. They would also keep us updated about the status of our requests. Food is also surprisingly excellent! We always get the bacon breakfast set, which includes a generous serving of bacon, egg, rice and fruits. If we can recommend an area of improvement, we would suggest that they paint their walls with a lighter color (i.e. white or cream), and add portable WiFi in each room. Over-all, it was a relaxing and restful stay: Estancia Resort Hotel should take care of their staff, for they turn the experience from ordinary to extraordinary. 😊

Best view and locatuon but since they just reopen due to the lockdown resto is not yet open so you need to get the food from outside. Friendly staffs but forgot to advise us that resto is not available during our stay.

ADJUST THE TIME OF THE USE OF FACILITIES...MAKE IT EARLIER AT LEAST 8AM AND EXTEND THE USE OF POOL TILL 9PM. NO COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE AND NO SLIPPERS. WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN ON ONE ROOM AT 2PM THE OTHER ROOM 3PM. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING ME OF THE STRICT CHECK-IN TIME BUT HOW COME WE WERE ABLE TO CHEK-IN AT 3PM?

The resort is a bit aged with a good view. The hot water doesn't run very well and it's difficult to adjust. The mattress were old and thin. Got backaches. The staffs were very helpful moving the luggage and getting us the tricycle to move around.

Poor staff response to customer request. We stayed for 2 nights and we i requested for room cleaning but no one came. Bathroom tissue was empty and never been replaced. The window curtain was dusty, the place was beautiful but it wasn’t properly taking cared off.

It was probably a nice place 10 years ago. It needs a lot of repairs. I booked last minute, that’s why this is the only available place. No one else might want to stay again here. I’ll probably book here again it stay is below P2,000. There are other better hotel in the area cheaper that this hotel.

Hotel is not prepared with holiday season. Their service carts are mostly defective. Their rooms doesn't smell pleasant in fact it smells bad. The facilities has to be renewed. Although they have a courteous staff. Cannot really recommend with elders companions

Not accomodating and irritable front desk”
I requested for extra bed but they say it cannot be done, there was no wifi at our room you have to rent a pocket wifi from them. The front desk seemed irritated when we insisted on checking in its already past 2pm. The more expensive room was accomodated first, early check in denied. It was the lousiest hotel we have experience in our regular stay at tagaytay. Avoid this hotel it will just ruin your vacation

The whole resort needs improvement . The staff are not aware for their guest. we came to the hotel at 4pm but the room is still not ready . that should be ready by 2pm coz that is the check in time . and the view of the room 42 is so awful. the room didn't have electric kettle, busted light and the refrigerator isn't working. That will be my first and last visit to that place.

Best Hotel To Stay In Tagaytay”
My family went to tagaytay for my son's 5th birthday, and i am happy to say that Estancia Resort is an excellent choice. The food is superb and huge, that my daughter was unable to finish her meal. the reception is sparkly clean and great for photo taking. the dining area are well decorated and most of all the staff are friendly. Our room is great, and there is not much about the hotel and our stay that i do not like. If you are looking for a resort/hotel near the main city, then this is the perfect one. Highly recommended!!!
