We had a great stay. They help us with everything including securing a parking near the unit after I told them that I prefer the closest parking as possible since we have 3 small kids. They purchased pool vouchers as well in advance which helps a lot! Would recommend this unit in a heartbeat!

Not the lake view”
End unit but no balcony to stay and see the lake view. I wont suggest this unit if you want the unit with balcony for coffee and see the view of the lake.

I asked the earliest time to check in and was advised we can at 2:30. We were there but the caretaker said that we cant register yet because there was no authorization letter yet from the owner. We have to wait for more than 30mins just to get it. We were advised that it was cleaned and checked already but when we entered the unit, it doesn't smell good. We looked where it is coming from and turned out there's spoiled sinigang and dead cockroach inside the microwave. We have to ask the caretaker to return to the unit and clean it again. Owner was not responsive as well.

Disappointing”
There was an additional 250 for check-ins after 6p.m. which I refused to pay since it was not indicated on the website. It was only conveyed after I booked the room. I made the booking past 5p.m. and we're still in Pasay City at that time. I had to cancel my prior booking in favor of this property. There were no towels and bathroom tissue when we got there. Apparently, the caretaker forgot to leave them. It was a total inconvenience. Another caretaker brought them the following day.

Dear Valuable Guest, We understand that you may not be open with paying extra fees, that is why we have indicated in our listing that check-in time is until 6pm only. Late check-in fee is just for the caretaker's trike fare, not something we make profit out of. Prior to booking, there is always a button to contact the host for any questions or clarifications as we believe that guests may always have something in mind that my not be mentioned in our listing. We just hope that we can respect each and every house rule and policy. As to the missing towels and tissues, these have been brought to the caretaker's attention to make sure that it will be the first and last instance that they were missed. We understand this was an inconvenience and we apologize, that is why we decided to give you your full deposit and not deduct the late check-in fee from it. Thank you.

Unit is ok, however, caretaker is not so attentive to inquiries. This made the stay somewhat unpleasant.

Tagaytay April 2023 ”
“Beware of the host who accomodates the guests. They have lack in orientation and honesty. The room was so Dusty that me and my children had experienced nasal allergies that’s why we change the curtains right away. The host is harrassing us through text messages that the curtain was missing and we must know where it is. NO DRINKING WATER. It does not have any drinking water nor empty gallons to use for. Besides the unit is good as it gives a PARTIAL view of taal. But the thing is the trash management is so bad. The host tells that we can put our garbage bag in front of the unit in corridor. But after we are going to check out, we are harassed by the guard on the lobby saying that we had a violation for the trash disposal. Hence we must pay 500 pesos for it. We strongly disagree because we are just obeying the order of the host to put the trash in the corridor as she said that on us for two times. A matter of fact we had cleaned the unit well before we check out. The host denies and still accusing us of disorganized trash diaposal eventough it’s her fault of not indicating the right rules in the premises. The HOST DOES NOT OWN THEIR MISTAKE. They insist that we must pay for our uncommitted mistake eventough the host are the one’s to blame for giving us the wrong instructions as we check in there. Just be aware for these kind of hosts and make sure that they will give you the precise details on the picture into the real one’s. The owner must hire an honest host. Because when they don’t. Their gonna loose off that customers for what kind of disappointing treatment they would recieve. Over all beware of the girl host who accomodates this unit for it can lie on you and take advantage of it, especially to me because i am a foreigner. Have it a try and see it for yourself this Host and Unit.

Not a good room to stay including the service ”
We had a terrible experience here from moving in and moving out. We waited more than an hour for check in because they were still cleaning the unit and had to forward an authorized email. When we checked out at 9am where we had issues with their water heater so we checked out around 9:30 or 45 the girl Nancy was not friendly at all because she had to wait outside. I said Good morning and just ignored me. I think she forgot she let us wait more than an hour at check in, the nerve. Regarding the stay, there is always fire alarms going off which was too loud for minutes on end. Inside the room where leftovers on the ref when we checked in, I immediately threw them away. Talk about a red flag already. When you open the cabinet it is full of their stuff that is locked, how is a guest supposed to use it. Tv is so small and the sofa is facing and table is facing the other way so we cannot use it at all. Their lamp has white light and you have to re arrange everything to the nearest socket. I had to carry the microwave to the nearest socket as they placed it on top of the ref without any extension wires or plugs. I did not use the stove or any utensils and when you check in they ask for 1,000 pesos deposit which was not included on their Agoda Booking so be warned. They will caught you off guard with this as no one will tell you. When you check out you are like a child that need the permission of Nancy because you gave a 1,000 pesos deposit that she will give you after checking out the unit for damages. Air-conditioning was placed on the living room so no air-conditioning on the room so you have to keep the door open with no choice. Room was not as clean as I would hope especially near the windows which I don't think they check at all. Rags where wet which I think they used and just left for the next guest to use. The only good thing it is near our destination which was Sky Ranch but it it not worth it. Better check out other listings. They offer way less for more value. I
