          " A relaxing Hotel"”

          room,surroundings,service

My stay in Emiramona Garden Hotel was quite an experience. The moment I set foot on this hotel,I feel comfortable and at ease. In fact the first time, I entered the room and feel the bed,I slept 6 hours at once. The room was relaxing. It had television, hair dryer and coffee set. The comfort room and bath room reminded me on the Condominium I stayed in Singapore. It had hot and cold water also. The staffs on front desk, receptionists, food staffs and guard were very accomodating. The surroundings were conducive to reflect and spacious.

had a comfortable stay with good value for money”

          parking space, beautiful gardens, well-staffed

Interiors are basic, but facilities are complete and clean. They were also well-staffed from front-desk, bell-boys, and guards. We came during the holy week and only reserved less than a week ahead. We were aiming for a 5-star hotel but all of them were already fully-booked so we looked for a hotel that has already good reviews, and good thing Emiramona still has vacant rooms. Parking space was ok since everyone was accommodated considering they were fully-booked on that day. We were 4 so we were prepared to be cramped in one room, but Emiramona has spacious room with extra folding beds(my boyfried had to sleep on a separate bed because I was with my parents) that made our stay comfortable. It was mid-priced so we felt we got a good deal with our money. They could improve on the breakfast though- they only served 2 kinds of meat and 1 kind of egg(a bit overpriced for the buffet). They had beautiful garden for picture-taking and a pool that we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for families and group of friends.

staff was helpful, room was clean, close to Taal

We had a great expereince at Emiramona Garden. The staff was very helpful with all of our inquiries. The trip to the Volcano lake is short, but the trek itself is quite expensive. Not the fault of the hotel at all. Pool was too cold to swim in January, but that was ok. Breakfast was just alright. Room was spacious and clean. 8.5/10 ! Go for it

          Place, staff, pool

We had a pleasant stay in Emiramona Hotel during. It was too short but still a relaxing weekend. If we will go to Tagaytay we will still stay again in this hotel. There is a pool for my children and it is located almost all point of interest nearby. Rooms, pool and service are all value for the price we paid.

The place had an overall appeal of tranquility, a bit on the boring side. There wasn't any bar or any other activity you could do. My room was located on the 3rd floor, in the front facing a sari-sari store. The size was just right with a comfortable bed. There was an ongoing painting job during my stay, so I had a lovely view too of the workers outside my window. I'm only 5 feet tall so I had some difficulty accessing the aircon placed high above the ceiling, with no remote. The towel racks were also way above my head, so I couldn't hang them to dry. There was no mini-bar, no complimentary slippers, no water, no free wifi, just coffee. You have to get your water from the 2nd floor, quite an inconvenience. Wasn't able to use the pool because a company had rented the whole function room. But the pool looked clean and was ready for immediate use. The hotel charges quite an exorbitant amount for the in-room massage provided by TouchPoint. The Jacuzzi use also costs P300. Thought it'd be free. Food was so-so. There's a nearby buffet house where the food is also so-so but less expensive. Not much choices for the breakfast.

clean...people at check in were so nice always greating us...

Loved hotel. Beautiful Gardens. Staff were so nice, always smiling and willing to take our pictures with a smile. Food was always good at restaurant and we had no reason to leave and eat elsewhere. Only problem was waitresses had trouble getting orders right ...even simple orders ..but still smiled. Room was fairly priced for quality. When back in area will definitely stay again.

spacious rooms, quiet, staff performance was good

The hotel was near enough the tourist attractions in tagaytay without having to experience the noise of highway traffic. The room was spacious although hallways are not very well lit so when you return to the hotel at night, you have to ask the staff to light the hallways for you.

          Not a very pleasant experience”

          Location, garden and indoor pool

Stayed at Emiramona Garden Hotel for new year's eve celebration. We got there an hour and half earlier before check-in time. We were asked to come back at 2 pm but when I got there they said the room wasn't ready yet and we waited another 15 minutes. Then after 15 minutes, I was told they're not yet done tidying and offered a triple sharing bed instead of deluxe room. I accepted it because we're a family of 3 thinking it would be better. But then, we were brought to this building located at the back of the hotel which was very far from the main bldg. It was isolated from the rest of the people who checked in. It started to rain in the evening and we couldn't sleep because of all the noises we heard. Apparently, the noise wss created by the gushing wind pushing through the windows. It was horrible! :( The bathroom was disappointing too. The faucet was loose and water was too cold. Only the shower has heating. The only thing I found nice in the room was the bed which looked vintage but how I wish there were more linens to cover the comforter (which gave me an itch!) Moreover, the food was a buffet breakfast but how could you enjoy them when the taste was too salty!!! No way would you want to come back for more. Unless you drink a liter of water/juice to remove the salty taste. *sigh* The only positive things I like about the hotel are the location and the surrounding. We visited Pink Sisters Convent and it was just a few walks away from the hotel. Staff wasn't so accommodating as well. I even thought some of them were deaf, because they don't seem to understand me and just stared at me when I asked a question. *sigh* Hope they will improve their service because they claim it's a 4-star hotel but do not even meet the standards of a 3-star hotel to me.

A nice and clean weekend getaway”

Quiet and still centrally located, cleanliness, pool

It was a short weekend but could even tank energy before the busy Christmas. The price, quality of the rooms and amenities, service are good enough to make our short trip relaxing. If we have time again we will book this hotel whenever we are in Tagaytay.

Big room, nice staff, impressive gardens

It was a pleasant stay with courteous staff; in fact, one employee lent her reading glasses at the Business Center when I forgot to bring mine. She was very friendly and accomodating. The gardens are beautifully designed. The room is comfortable and the hotel has marble flooring. A good hotel for the value except for the restaurant- just don't eat there as the food quality is very unappealing even if the restaurant ambience is nice.

Large swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff. Soft and fluffy towels and robes.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were attentive And helpful. WiFi was difficult to access at times. Easy access to public transport whilst being situated in a nice quiet location. The only critisism would be that the breakfast was a bit limited for this standard of hotel.

          Acceptable”

We used to like staying in this garden hotel because it is near Pink Sisters. When hearing mass in Pink Sisters on a first Sunday of the month, we stay in Emiramona but our last stay was disappointing. There was a dead cockroach in the comfort room, and one crawling in the shower area. I asked their bed linens to get changed bec when we entered the de luxe room we saw dirt on it. probably it came from the cob webs we saw in the ceiling. in fairness to the staff, they are nice and accommodating. Place looks old already, needs to maintain.. sayang naman bec looks like furnitures are mamahalin.

near pink sister and nice & clean room

we're generally happy our stay in the hotel - the cleanliness of the facility, food taste is just right, and nice location. concern : no enough and safe parking area for the guest, especially on peak seasson..... our fortuner was parked on the back side without security guard, resulted to unwanted scratch made by not so nice people.

          friendly staff, clean hotel

We stayed there overnight to go sightseeing. It was quite near restaurants and shops but nicely situated off the main street. The peoples park was near where we went horseback riding with my kids. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Complimentary breakfast was not so good as it only was toast bread and marmalade. All in all a good value hotel.

too expensive for the poor quality”

at least has a garden (but nothing really special)

Our reservation was for a semi-deluxe room. Seeing that this hotel is a 4-star hotel, i thought it was a good deal. However, my wife and I were very disappointed with our stay. We checked-in past 2pm. We were initially given a room with a CRT TV screen smaller than an iPad in size. I didn't think this room is worth anything near the price. We requested to be transferred to a room with a decent TV screen size. We were asked to wait for an hour since according to them the room is still unclean. The new room's bathroom sink is leaking causing water from the sink to flood the bathroom floor. drainage near the toilet bowl does not get the water down somehow so the floor is forever flooded. there is also no refrigerator in the new room. But being tired from our trip and just wanting to relax already, we didn't bother to ask to be transferred again as it might take another hour or so. In the morning I was excited to use the jacuzzi but was surprised that it was unclean with dust particles visible on the tiles. Also they are charging P300 per hour. But to make it worse, it will take them 3 hours to heat up the jacuzzi. It's like there just for the sake of claiming they have a jacuzzi but they are not expecting anyone to use it given that it takes 3 hours to setup and the additional price. We ended not using the jacuzzi or the pool and just stayed in our room. My final advise is to look for other hotels. There are a lot of hotels that will give you good value for your money. For an additional 1K or 2K a night, you can get the cheapest room in a 5-star hotel that's far more beatiful, clean and relaxing. Jacuzzi's are also normally free of charge in other hotels and TV screen are definitely bigger. If you are trying to save some money, just try other apartelles at much lower price with the same quality of amenities and service as this emiramona hotel. Either go 5-star hotels or go for an apartelle. this hotel is a bad value for your money.

Booked this because all other hotels at our target price range are already full. Thought this is just an inn or very low quality small hotel but surprised to see it is nice, big, bed is nice and comfy, room is spacious enough with good facilities. Value for money.
