Good place to stay”
This was the only hotel that accommodate us in this times were the restrictions are high.. they allowed us to stay with my toddler and they allowed us in the room with no extra charge, we are 5 in our group.. also they could cook for you if you have the ingredients.. the staff were accommodating and helpful.. i just wish there were more lights on the roof dec if you want to stay there and have a chill time with friends.. but all in all it was a great place to stay.. also its location is along the road so it was a very easy access to the nearby establishments.. it was very homy since it keep on raining when we stayed there. Everyone was kind and helpful, the TV in our room was deffective but one of the staff went out of his way to fix it for us.. thank you.. will recommend this place to mg friends

Definitely worth staying here for our family”
We are a family of 6 adults, 2 kids and 3 furbabies. We just wanted to have a place to relax over the weekend together with our furbabies and this is one of the hotel that allows pet. The hotel is safe and very clean and staffs and manager are very kind. They understand the feeling na stressed ka kaya ka pumunta ng tagaytay. Haha So sabi ni camille-manager, go magrelax lang kayo!! Nakakatuwa tlga sila. Hands down!!! I booked for 1 night but decided to extend another day. And we just stayed in the hotel since there are lots of things to do inside. Ktv videoke, billiards table, jacuzzi for until 12 mn. You can also just hang around their roofdeck and enjoy the view (taal volcano is not visible) but still a view of mountain and lettuce farm here. You can also ask them to cook your food for a minimal fee as they have Arnold, their in-house cook. Super sarap magluto! Dinnerwares are free of use. Our family got the treat we wanted, feeling at home with a different ambiance. Will definitely go back here. This will be my go to hotel for our family staycation. Thank you so much

The ambiance was relaxing, the room was clean with TV that has many channels, aircon that's cold, bath tub where i stayed most of the time due to the warm water and strong flow of water. The bathroom was big and clean. They have a rooftop with almost 360 degree view...sunset was breath taking...the greatest review was for their staff...they are sooo accomodating and would even go extra mile to assist and give u what u need... All in all it was worth every penny and more .. We would love to comeback for sure

This is our second stay in El Renzo and as always the staff are so accommodating to every request...the ambiance was superb especially the roof top... We stayed in the quiet queen bedroom. They have water heater, air-conditioning and refrigerator upon request. The staff always attended to our needs and would always give a helping hand. My friend dropped his cellphone on the other lot and they helped to get it even if it was very difficult...they always find ways... Kudos to Camille, Arnold and Jeff... Joyce and Charity was helpful aswell... We had a pleasant and carefree vacation...and oh they love our furbaby even if he was noisy :-) Thank u so much Elrenzo will comeback soon

Tagaytay Getaway”
Upon checking in our room was upgraded into 2 double beds, originally our reservation is for 1 queen bed and a bath tub. They upgraded for us to be comfortable in sleeping. The staff are kind specially Joshua Martin the Hotel Manager. He made our stay relaxing. I had some requests regarding our stay and he made all my request. They dont have breakfast but they allowed us to borrow utensils, glass and plates. They have a jacuzzi pool and my son had fun. No time limit but always observe social distancing if there're some people using it. So far its only us who used the pool. The roof top is relaxing you can have drinks and just chill. The room is quite spacious and the aircon is cold. Definitely will recommend this hotel

Fun and Relaxing”
Simple yet elegant. Easy to check in. Feeling so free to move around. Nice nature view. Big beds. Good smell rooms. Clean sheets. We really enjoyed CHARRIE’s hospitality wenare really accomodated, we were so entertained by her approach and mini chika. We reallt felt at home. She even lend us utensils and tried one of her menu (Levhon Paksiw). And the other staff looks like Charrie (I failed to ask the name) was so helpful and accomodating. We will surely comeback!

Our family stayed over for a night and we really enjoyed our stay at the place. Ate Charity and the rest of the team made sure to attend to our requests. Us, young girls enjoyed the jacuzzi, tho not heated. The warm bath inside the shower room and the bathtub made way to complete a good bath. Rooms were clean and the roof top view was great! Just need a few maintenance on some parts of the hotel for a better stay. Also hope they could provide a working/answering number included in their facebook account so they can be reached through call. But all in all, this place is good. Will definitely come back in the near future. God bless to the team!
