You may not use the aircon if not necessary and for you to enjoy the breezy cool wind of tagaytay Laundry is available upon request from our caretaker Pls dont bring the bath towels of the unit to the swimming pool to prevent any loss Pls put everything in place and in order before leaving the unit. Condiments/Cooking oil may be bought at 711 athe ground floor of Tower 1. Brita Water Pitcher with filter is available Keys may be picked up from the reception c/o my caretaker and returned to the her after use of the unit Strict Check in: 3-6PM Strict Check out: 12 Noon This is to ensure that the unit is thoroughly cleaned for the next guests. Late check in past 6pm can be requested but with a an extra fee for the caretakers transport allowance Pls DONT down bring down the Aircon Temp below 20C to avoid water dripping. Never again!!!! ”

Booked this place knowing the check in time was limited (3-6 pm only) which was a big disadvantage as we had to work around their schedule and when we got there, no one was able to check us in and the maid made us wait for an hour. We were also told by the maid that it was not their fault as the owner did not advise them of our booking. The maid had the worst attitude. I’ve never felt so disappointed. Would never ever book this hotel and don’t recommend as well.

Acceptable”

We used to stay for us to be able to rest, unfortunately the aircon didn’t work , we complained at the front desk after checking they told us wala daw freon and they cannot fix it. We open up the window sobra ingay naman ang narinig namin from the outside. We cannot sleep the whole night that’s why we decided leave early .

SUPERB Staycation!”

it's my very first time to bring my family on a vacation like this! Tagaytay is best, and staycation in this doc Calayans' unit at Wind Res made it more ultimate! we really enjoy the stay...the location, room and the Taal view is stunning! highly recommended!

Excellent”

Hosts were nice, but we've had some inconveniences because of their staff. They insisted that the hosts gave us the wrong unit, and there was lack of coordination from their part. But overall, the kids enjoyed our stay, and we're thankful to the hosts :) Would still recommend this place!
