Never again!!!! ”
Booked this place knowing the check in time was limited (3-6 pm only) which was a big disadvantage as we had to work around their schedule and when we got there, no one was able to check us in and the maid made us wait for an hour. We were also told by the maid that it was not their fault as the owner did not advise them of our booking. The maid had the worst attitude. I’ve never felt so disappointed. Would never ever book this hotel and don’t recommend as well.

We used to stay for us to be able to rest, unfortunately the aircon didn’t work , we complained at the front desk after checking they told us wala daw freon and they cannot fix it. We open up the window sobra ingay naman ang narinig namin from the outside. We cannot sleep the whole night that’s why we decided leave early .

it's my very first time to bring my family on a vacation like this! Tagaytay is best, and staycation in this doc Calayans' unit at Wind Res made it more ultimate! we really enjoy the stay...the location, room and the Taal view is stunning! highly recommended!

Hosts were nice, but we've had some inconveniences because of their staff. They insisted that the hosts gave us the wrong unit, and there was lack of coordination from their part. But overall, the kids enjoyed our stay, and we're thankful to the hosts :) Would still recommend this place!

The unit is exceptionally beautiful with fantastic Taal view from the window.We enjoyed our stay with very accommodating host and caretaker.Very accessible to Skyranch and other supermarkets and stores in the ground floor.Great value for money considering we are 9 pax they have spacious beds but with a low price.Check in and check out instructions well given.Sufficient amount of pillows and nice smelling linens,blankets and towels too. Nice club amenities esp the badminton which we really enjoyed and the host provided us free table tennis set for FREE! The swimming pool is very nice too.We will definitely come back to this unit again.We were really pampered, thank you for accommodating us!

I and my family checked in to this place last nov 21. During the booking procedure everything was smooth. I read the rules and the charges, everything stated there seemed to be good. But this place , did multiple charges when we checked out. Ang threatend to sue us for not abiding to their rules and paying their charges. To all travellers out there, Beware of this place..:

On the contrary, you checked in very late and checked out very early in the morning without letting us know and did not pay late check in and early check out charges which is written clearly in the description page.You even left the unit messy and untidy and left the aircon and other lights turned on and got some towels and utensils home and just left the key in the door knob, oh my. Goodluck on the next property youll be booking with.Pls next time follow the house rules and proper check in check out time and dont bring home belongings of the unit owner and pls pay properly.Thanks - Elmer

Check in was stessful and took a lot of time waiting because they emailed me the wrong tower and wrong unit, there are hidden charges, no toiletries not even a toilet paper or bottled water. The location is good overlooking taal lake, the lobby is nice.

Room is good for 6 maximum of 8 just be reminded na may extra charge In excess of 6 pax They have a large bed Kitchen and bathroom are clean they have towels but just bring your own.. We have kids so expected may wifi pero as first guest in this room or dahil bago pa pinaparent wala pa sila wifi 😂 maybe lahat naman may mobile data so ok lang But overall the room is good and has a great view of taal. So sulit naman ang stay namin dito and will definitely rebook again
