Good and Bad Experince ”
I have booked the hotel via Agoda.com with 2 adults and 2 children. at the time of booking, it was confirmed with children below 17 were included. I was surprised at the hotel on the day of check-in that children were not included. however upon complaining with Hotel GM Ms. Eva she has upgraded me and added kids for breakfast which was great. Reservation and Front office were not up to the standard, Bell desk did not help me with the luggage even I have an infant baby on my lap during check-in. receptions shall provide the information about hotel facility including breakfast timing they look like paying money for speaking. The room was good and clean I was in the hotel to celebrate the birthday of my daughter she is completing 1 year old have asked the birthday decoration but I was not happy with it TV remote not working water leaking from the bathtub. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with the smile of staff plenty verity of food and they have decorated table with balloons and a happy birthday banner. all the breakfast crew including chefs was amazing, Habeeba, Flerida chef raja, Loveth, and prime were superb. The swimming pool was good and Pandey was amazing, he has informed us we can use the pool facility in another doubletree hotel on Marjan island we have used as he told us and it was amizing, All the travelers please ensure whatever you done on the booking must include before you check-in.

Pleasent Stay”
We were greeted by a staff named Ruth. She was sweet and kind and friendly towards children. She gave them each a balloon and a cookie. Check in was fast and swift. The room was spacious, clean and nice. It was located in the city, hence plenty of eateries closeby. We enquired on the pool or beach, but they had none. In return we were allowed to use the other Hilton's facilities, which was about 35 minutes away. Breakfast was standard. The staff were very polite, friendly and informative. The room service was so-so, we had to request for towels, and water which took some time to arrive.

And past 3 years i stayed meny brand's of Hotel in Ras Al khaima It was the one my best stay , staff behaviour was good , room setup was Amazing and clean. I booked standard Room for me but there was guy at reception he upgrade into Dulux room unfortunately I don't remember his name but thank you..for all of you who made my stay Memorable 😊
