Good place to stop over on the way to wahiba sands & wadi bani khalid through Sur. Gasoline station with mini mart right opposit hotel. Great reataurant right next door to hotel. Overall hotel is budget, get exactly what you pay for

Staff are helpful, Subeesh Incharge at front office area, he help me for anything and give me information while i am travelling to sur. Room are clean and nice location there. I will be back again to the hotel and suggest this hotel to all my friends who want to trip to oman :)

This was my last night in Oman and I was very surprised with this hotel. Having in mind high prices in Oman, I wasn't expecting much for this price. Ideal place to explore Sur and the surroundings. Walking distance from enywhere in Sur, and with a parking place right in front. Our room had views to the beach. Only problems were: staff (not friendly at all and very poor English) and the beds (really hard). Other than that it was an excellent place

Fine, principally we just needed an economical place to sleep and eat whilst visiting the turtles at Ras Al Jinz. The hotel is dated, showing signs of deterioration, poorly decorated, and the bar downstairs attracts some harmless but very intoxicated locals. Hotel was very good ,clean and tidy , staff was very friendly so easy check in , price for the room sutible and very good , only problem is parking car no have place more near to hotel .

If you like to get away from it all this is a perfect beach chill out. Despite the rustic outer appearance, the rooms are surprisingly comfortable with flat screen TV, air con and a pretty good shower- if you've booked a room with a private bathroom. Take everything you need with you as it's pretty far to Sur (over 30 kilometers) and they do have fridges in the rooms, ...
