New hotel with very good rooms,clean and all facilites but we found with the lack of English spoken by staff it was difficult to find out what to do and how. We ended up at this guest house (and Kompom Cham) after two travellers we met told us about Thomas (the owner). We decided to change our plans and booked 2 nights there. And boy were we not disappointed!! Thomas and his family are absolutely amazing. We had a marvellous time. We were brought to the night market, a concert and a wedding ! cheap & cheerful. the room was clean and the air-con worked well. the girl on reception spoke some english and with the aid of sign language and mime we were able to communicate just fine. she was able to book us onward bus tickets to kratie with phnom penh sorya whose stop was about 300m walk up the street. the riverfront was about a further 200m down the same road.
