Extremely disappointed”
I booked Delano through Agoda, confident that everything was set as I had received the booking notification with no further confirmation needed. Having stayed at Delano before, I was at ease, expecting a smooth experience. However, to my shock, the owner of Delano disregarded my reservation and gave my room to someone else, suggesting I stay at a completely different place instead. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, and both Agoda and the hotel owner failed miserably in providing the basic service one would expect. Truly a disappointing experience.

We reached hotel at 4 pm. They told reservation was not confirmed and we gave room to somebody else. I suffer with family to find other hotel.
