Guests were impressed with the excellent and friendly staff who provided great service during their stay. The hotel's location was also a standout feature, with direct access to the Robinsons Galleria Mall. Guests enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with great views, and praised the good breakfast buffet with various options.

Location is off the city center and airport, but there's many malls within the area, so you won't get bored. Theres also a mall directly linked to the hotel, so if it rains, you can just walk over. Room wise, it's spacious, amenities are enough. Bed was a little firm for me liking, but still good enough. Not too sure why, but my room's soundproofing wasn't the best (level 15) compared to my friends (level 12), I was able to hear the ambulance and some cars/bike from the main road. Did inform the front desk about it too. Toilet was clean enough, but water pressure was low (they managed to fix it, it got a little better), and after using the tub, the hot water in the shower smelled of sewage. Won't recommend using too much hot water. Breakfast spread was not too bad, a variety of things, but the egg was still the best. They do change it a little, but for the convenience, I don't have anything to complain about. Overall, a decent stay, it's good to have a mall directly linked.

We had an incredibly relaxing night here and will definitely be coming back again. Room: The room was spacious and quiet—perfect for unwinding. While the view wasn't particularly impressive, it was still okay given the other great features. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a restful night. Bathroom: The bathroom was superb! The separate tub and shower were a nice touch, and the tub itself was spacious enough for a long, luxurious soak. The bathroom area was also large and easily accessible, which added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. Food: Breakfast was amazing! There were so many options to choose from, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The quality and variety exceeded our expectations and set a great tone for the day. Lounge Access: We also had access to their lounge, which was a great perk, though unfortunately, our tight schedule didn’t allow us to fully take advantage of it this time. “Feels Just Like Home”
I stayed at Crowne Plaza for 2 days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. It is thoughtfully complete in every way a traveler could hope for. If you're traveling for business and need to look your best, everything is ready for you. There's an iron with a proper ironing board, a blow dryer, and plenty of well-placed mirrors (including one with lighting that’s bright but not blinding). The room is thoughtfully designed: a single sofa for when you want to sit comfortably without lying down, a spacious work desk for getting things done, and plenty of conveniently placed power outlets: by the bed; at the desk; even in the bathroom. They even had decaf coffee available. A small but meaningful detail that shows how inclusive and considerate the amenities are. The space itself is roomy and uncluttered, making it easy to settle in and feel relaxed. As for dining, the 7 Corners buffet was a highlight. The seafood was fresh (no fishy smell at all!), and the steak was cooked perfectly to order. The wait staff were impressively attentive — I never had to ask for a refill or assistance; they were already on it. Crowne Plaza is not just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel at home, whether you're traveling for work or simply need a break.
