The suite we stayed in is very spacious and has complete facilities. It's a good place for a staycation if a family wants to just CHILL and RELAX. PROS: - Complete kitchen facilities (stove, microwave, water heater, ref (2 doors), utensils. - 3 bedrooms ( 1 double bed, 2 queen beds) - very spacious living room - dining area has a huge table and is spacious as well. - 1 common cr and 1 cr on the master's bedroom with a bathtub. Both with heaters. - 2 balconies with a view of nature (a lot of pine trees and nice landscapes) on both sides. - no corkage. you can bring in food to cook. - every room has windows and air conditioners so ventilation is good. - the room and quiet and peaceful. - the room is on the topmost floor and is on the corner hence, the nice view. - strong wifi connection - Ms. Rocele and sir Mark were good hosts. Both were accommodating and responsive. CONS: - the building is far from the main entrance of crosswinds and you have to ask the guards for the exact location. We got a bit lost. REMINDERS: - make sure you have your transpo going there for convenience. - there is no public transpo going in and out of the place. - there are no convenience stores or any fastfood chains near the place to buy and eat foods so it's best to bring your own and cook otherwise, you go drive and eat somewhere else. Overall, it was very good, my family enjoyed our overnight stay and we will definitely come back. P.S. We came a bit earlier than the check-in time, around 2:30 PM and we were allowed to check-in early. Also, since there were no clients for the next day, we were given a 2-hour maximum extension for checkout time, so we checked out at 2 pm which is a HUGE PLUS, and THANK YOU to Ms. Rocelle. BTW, we just stayed inside the suite for the whole time and just came out for an early morning walk.
We'll definitely come back again”
One night is not enough. We should have stayed at least 2 nights and 3 days to fully enjoy the place especially the restos within the vicinity. The unit was so clean and comfortable with a nice view of greenery on terraces and windows... very spacious but would suggest to provide a sofa bed. The price is just worth it. We wish we can go back there in the cold season of Dec or Jan.
crosswinds : a taste of the swiss alps”
very nice surroundings, lotsa pine trees, fresh air, not very commercialized. nice to walk around. the balcony in our unit gives a 180 deg view of the lush forest below. we love the cafes n the windmill area. dear joe had sumptuous food. the roads are very steep so u need to have a sturdy vehicle . easy to get lost in the evenings in the dark. will go back this christmas for the christmas village.
Exceptional”
The place was really nice and so relaxing. It's clean and spacious too making it perfect for big group or family. The kitchen has complete appliances that you can use as well. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating to us right from the start until we left the place. The only thing is that the other bathroom sometimes smells a little and we are not sure where is it coming from. Maybe they can have it inspected by the building maintenance. But all in all it's a really nice place and a value for money. Suggestion also if they could some sort of digibox to the tv to just make it as smart tv so guests can use their own Netflix account to watch especially at night since there is no cable as well and only local channel is available.
Excellent”
We had a nice holiday staycation in Crosswinds. The place is very serene with pine trees everywhere good for picture taking. 😊 It’s like little Baguio in the South. If you want a place to relax and just enjoy the nature, Crosswinds is the best place for you in Tagaytay. The suite that we stayed into is surprisingly big and can really accommodate a big group, though the bed capacity is only limited to 6 (for a comfortable sleep). But we managed to fit ourselves, we are 9 in the group (w/ 1 child). The suite condition generally good. The owner is very accommodating and responded very well in all pur inquiries. Would love to stay here again in the future.
