My wife and I traveled to Brussels for the weekend and booked this hotel several weeks in advance. At the last minute we had to reschedule due to some work issues and the hotel allowed us to do so with no penalty even though it was outside of the rebooking window. This was the first bit of great service. The breakfast was spectacular, the location was great, and overall the experience was one of our best in Europe.

Everything about this place was great. Perfect location - I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel within 10 minutes, including Central Station. The staff was fantastic. I arrived earlier than the standard 3p check-in so I wasn't surprised when the front desk told me that the room wasn't ready. I took about 20 minutes to change in the lobby bathroom before heading out to start the day and when I came out, they told me that they found a room available for me (which was a bit of an upgrade from what I originally booked) and I was able to access it immediately. They even had a charcuterie plate waiting in the room when I got there. I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Brussels.

Easy to locate - long Avenue Fonsny, barely 5 min walk away from the Bruxelles-Midi station. It is also only one station away the Grand Place. Trains to other cities/towns (Ghent, Brugges) easily available at Bruxelles-Midi. Also easy to obtain a SIM card for your phone there. Hotel is clean, modern, with a great view - if you like seeing trains trundle by, which I do. Internet is very reliable. It also has lockers to store your luggage if you arrive early. Hotel cafe is modest at best though, so I would recommend eating out. There is a supermarket on the way to the hotel. It also has a post office there, so you can send your postcards if you want. Great for business or younger travellers. The area or the hotel itself does not have many child-friendly activities so it is less suitable for young parents with young children. For Muslim travellers, the hotel is right next to a cafe run by Muslim migrants. Food is homefare but very affordable. From the map, the hotel is also very near the Islamic Centre for Brussels, but we did not go there. Hotel staff also very efficient and friendly. Would go back again if I were ever to be in Brussels again.

Overral is good. The most affordable 4 star hotel throughout my stay in Europe. What I like best is its location. It's just precisely in front of Brussel Central, one of the big train station in Brussels besides Brussels midi. I hhink one thing needs to be improved is the furniture because even though the hotel has done some renovation, I can see that some of the furnitures in our room still used the worn out ones.

hotel is located in very good place , many taxis are just standing near the gate at all the time, mall is just closed to the hotel, as well as metro station, parking is also available in case you need to use it for your car but it's not free. Just I had one concern which I wish hotel management take it seriously and train his staff. By mistake booked two night stany from 30 aug to 1st in stead of 31st to 2nd sep , which is definitely my fault but if reception employee (Aeman) was highlied my confirmation dates then I was not lose my one day stay out of two days! Actually I booked 30 aug to 1st sep instead of 31st to 2 sep. on 30 Aug I went to the hotel in the afternoon and asked reception if I can keep my luggages there as I have booking for tomorrow (31st)and day after. He checked and said , yes you can, but he didn't told me that my booking actually for today (the same day not tomorrow). I left my luggage and went. When I back to hotel tomorrow on 31 , I reakise that I actually didn't used my room and I paid for one day for two rooms + breakfast without using it, so from my two days booking for two rooms , We just used one day..... I asked if this mistake can be covered by changing the date , the answer was NO as it was my mistake, I am agreed with my mistake, BUT if simply at first place, when Aeman checked my confirmation and accepted my luggages, he just telling me that my booking is from today not tomorrow then definitely I was staying in the hotel instead of spending the night where else!!! I wish if hotel management can use this incident for future , then such mistake will not happened and guests are enjoying their stay in this beautiful plac. It's might happen to anyone, when you are in holiday and changing the hotels according to your city of visit, you might make mistake on dates.... its vacation and you might miss the dates. But over all hotels is nice , breakfast is very good , staffs are friendly , however I was there for one night only :)

If one is going to the bustling metropolis that is Brussels then look no further than booking a stay at the stylishly modern NH City hotel. An oasis of calm in the hurly burly of the political scene and heart of the Belgium capital, the hotel offers good accomodation at reputable rates and courteous service often found at more luxurious hotel chains. It is a fabulous place to stay for the discerning female traveller especially if on business with a range of special deals to meet your requirements. As for your meet and greet I would definitely book the bar and restaurant for your party for your upscale event. It is definitely worth a second trip.

We stayed there with 3 young kids. The rooms are spacious and everyone had their own bed. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast even has a section for children. It's located very central and has a carpark under the hotel. 8,50 euro per 24 hours which is very cheap compared to other European cities. The hotel has a nice pool and playground outside in a lovely garden which is obviously maintained very well. It's a great hotel for parents with young kids.

Love! I was worried about some of the polarizing reviews, but I absolutely enjoyed my 4 night stay. Hotel and rooms are Instagram worthy. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Bed was a bit too firm for me, but bedding felt luxurious. Towels were on the thin side. Nuxe hand soap and shampoo/body soap are provided, but no conditioner or lotion. BYO. Noise can be a provlem as neighbors and street noises are heard well past midnight. I stayed in early October so air/heat was not an issue. Location is close to the main shopping street with some decent food options. 20-25 minute walk to the center or a $2.50 tram ride. I would absolutely return and stay at Zoom. It's close enough to the central area, but far away from the hoards of tourists.

Hotel is really nice and good location as it's close to the European institutions if you are coming for a business trip. I paid my booking with Agoda but the hotel receptionist said I have not yet done the payment. I had to convince with them as I have already paid with my Visa card through Agoda including city tax. Finally, it went well. All in all, the hotel is good, clean and cozy.. Also the resturant is really good .. I would recommend to choose this one but make sure when you make a booking via Agoda.

Spent the past weekend at the Novotel Brussels City Centre, the whole hotel was amazing and without any real issues. (The toaster in the buffet being the only one as the catcher tray was broken). Room was clean, power shower in the bathroom was the best shower I’ve had in a hotel, good pressure. Pool and steam room were again clean and not busy at all meaning you could go at anytime and likely be the only ones there. Really was a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again!

The hotel i ended up staying was NH City Center which is less than 5mins walk fro NH Stephanie. It was trouble-free for the transfer as NH Stephanie was fully booked when I arrived. The NH Stephanie is an excellent hotel for the price I paid. Room is clean and is close to both tram and train stations. Is also walking distance to the inter-cities train station (20mins walk). Staffs at the reception were helpful and good.

We are traveling with our 7 month old baby. The Staff at the Hilton antwerp were extremely courteous, friendly and accommodating & they went above and beyond to make our stay with our baby as comfortable as possible. Location of the hotel is the best! It is located right in the middle of the Grote Markt- where the hustle and bustle of the city is (also adjacent to the shopping streets of Antwerp) Hilton antwerp is the best of hotel in a Antwerp and We would highly recommend It- would definitely stay there again when we are back in a Antwerp!

We stopped over in Brussels for the night and booked this hotel. It was lovely throughout and not to far away from Brussels Midi station. All the staff were very helpful and the price was great given the standard of the hotel. My only complaint would be the quality of the breakfast which was rather average. However, this would stop me from visiting this hotel again when I am next in Brussels.

we were advised to go to brussels on the weekend when many of business hotels drop their rates significantly. on checking, we found this to be the case at the new hotel charlemagne. there was a substantial discount compared to their rack rates. for a couple of euros extra go for the business room. the hotel is located close to the metro station 'schuman' on lines 1 and 5. we were assigned a room on the 7th floor and it had all the amenities provided in a business hotel. wifi was available in the room at no charge. newspapers are provided in the lobby and the bar has a happy hour from 5-6pm and again from 10-11 pm when drinks are available at half price. brussels has a great metro/bus/ tram system so it is easy to get around. staff at the hotel were very professional. the lobby needs a serious renovation because it leaves a poor first impression, but our business room was lovely with a view of the garden behind the hotel. we recommend staying at this hotel on weekends.

The room is clean and quiet. Everything is of good quality. The hotel is on the pricey side, but we got a family room with 2 double beds and accommodated 4 people for 1 night, didn't have to pay for 2 separate rooms, so it's actually good saving. WiFi is free in the room and we had 3 laptops online. The staff is friendly and helpful, directed us to nice restaurants and got us honest cab driver who didn't rip us off. The hotel is just off the market square, easy to find shops and restaurants, very convenient.

i stayed here for two nights during a short break to brussels. the hotel has been furnished to a high standard, with the reception, bar and lounge very welcoming. my room was equally well presented with a good sized bathroom and fantastic shower! the bar offered a good range of drinks and light meals, and breakfast in the restaurant was a good buffet with plenty of variety. during my stay i made full use of the leisure facilities – pool and gym - which were clean and quiet. i specifically wanted to stay at a hotel with a good pool and wasn't disappointed. the location was ideal: 2mins from the european parliament, 5mins from the nearest metro (trone, lines 2&6 if you arrive at midi on eurostar) and 15/20mins to the centre via the royal palace. other museums at the parc du cinquantenaire are within a short walk too. if you want to eat/drink locally there are plenty of bars and restaurants around luxembourg place. the reception staff were very helpful. i would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

We spent the last day of a Netherlands / Belgium tour in Brussels, and chose the Gresham Belson Hotel because it was located close to the Brussels Airport. On registering, it seems that Ludo sized my wife and I up as not belonging to the upper class, as we were assigned to room 131, back to back to the elevator noise, as well as the closest to the street noise. The room itself was otherwise clean and comfortable, and was adequate for our one night before flying home. I guess we could have made the effort to request a room change, but we were too exhausted to deal with any additional hassle after a two-week trip.
