Stayed here last June 9. I honestly wasn’t expecting too much since it’s a 3-star hotel. I booked a studio room (which I think is their entry-level option) and it came with free breakfast. Our room was on the 11th floor. Here are my takeaways: ***The Highlight ✨ All the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY — like, five-star level friendly! Everywhere you go, they greet you with a smile. They’re very mindful of the time too: “Good morning,” “Good afternoon,” “Good evening” — simple greetings that actually made the stay feel warm and welcoming. We called room service for drinking water, a hair blower, and tissues — and everything arrived very fast, which is impressive considering we were on the 11th floor. The room was cozy, the AC worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and all appliances were in good condition. No complaints here! ***The Middle Child 🤷♂️ I was expecting a breakfast buffet… but it wasn’t. We were served breakfast plates instead. But to be fair, I wasn’t disappointed at all. For the price, it was a win! I had Longsilog, my wife got Tapsilog, and my son had Tocilog — all delicious and satisfying. Technically, it does say “free breakfast” on Agoda, not “breakfast buffet.” So, that’s on me. Expectations were just a bit off, but the food quality made up for it. ***The Plot Twist ⚠️ The elevator only goes up to the 10th floor. So if your room is on the 11th, like ours, you’ll need to take the stairs one floor up. Not really a big deal — unless you’re hauling a ton of luggage (then it becomes a mini workout). Also, while hanging out at the pool area, we noticed the hotel is likely near the airport. A plane flies overhead every 12 to 15 minutes or so. Since they’re mid-takeoff, you’ll hear a bit of engine noise — but only when you're at the poolside. Inside the rooms? It's peaceful and quiet, so don’t worry if you're a light sleeper. Overall Score: 8.9 out of 10 A great experience with a warm, welcoming vibe and super responsive service. I'd definitely stay again — maybe I’ll pack lighter next time!
