Room was not made up.No soap in the bathroom.Bed is worn out.TV had only 2 channels.Restaurant was excellent.Breakfast horrible.Basically its a hostile and should be clearly stated.

Room was clean but very small, only one person could walk past the bed to the bathroom area. Very hard to get to from the airport. We had to get a taxi which cost 30 euro. Taxis don't take visas at all. Very far from anything so was hard to see anything around town. They had express check in machines that tried to charge us even though we had payed through agoda. I was working in Balma so perfect. Excellent access, staff, superior room for 70 euros without brekkie. Coffee making facilities. They dealt with the covid situation well in terms of distancing and access. All good.

The hotel is great for business purposes and you will always feel welcome by the great staff always interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. Very good value for the price!

Located right off the river, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest attraction. Food and alcohol locations were located nearby the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. An outdoor electronic dance music club is across the street from the hotel. Music can be heard at night but with the window shut, most of it is drowned out. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

I was not very satisfied with the overall experience at this hotel. Internet went poorly, the rooms functional but not comfortable, outside of toulouse, etc.

One of the best hotel with kitchen facility if you have to be at Purpan hospital. Location is 5mn by car from the hospital. Parking is safe.

My wife and I did like the place, quite, clean and good shops around, and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel buildings and furnishings were all nearly new and hence very clean and well designed for their function. The appartment was quiet and provided well for self catering, and had free off street parking.

located about 200m from the train station... its is a very good hotel for an overnighter... there are lots of bums and homeless people around the area though... if you are planning to stay long in Toulouse skip this one otherwise its a good choice for short term stays... 8 eu per head for breakfast should be included in the room tariff and not as addition...

The room was clean and cozy, hot water and flush in the shower room. Only 100m away from the station, it's so easy to reach. The bus terminal is located the next to the station, so it's also easy to go there. The shuttle bus for the airport also departs from this terminal. I specifically booked this hotel because it has a lift. We were travelling for 3 mths so each had a large 23kg case & I'm up for a knee replacement!!!! The pool is very small so you cannot really swim in it and there are no chairs to relax down there. We appreciated the great location near to the aubin market on Sunday morning. We got a very comfortable, clean and spacious studio. Only thing missing was teabags to make ourselves a cup of tea.

While the Hotel Palladia is not close to the Toulouse Airport it is a great location accessible to trams to downtown Toulouse and to the highway to get to the Toulouse airport quickly. It is a good alternative to the hotels close to the airport and a nice relaxing place to be. Great rooms.
