"The reservation supervisor Ms. Jenette Lovell was very rude and showed no customer service when checking out as I was told I could get a late check out when I arrived and her attitude was horrible to say the least when I was told I could not. It's sometimes not what you do BUT HOW you do it. She needs to be taught proper customer service. That was a complete turn off. The other staff was great and other than the skylight being an issue and the birds making very loud sounds at 5/6 am in the morning , the stay was wonderful."
