"I stayed here during the Sapporo Snow Festival and this one was cheap when compared to other hotels. I had one room with two guest and price was "for one guest". So, this was a good deal. However, it was still quite expensive, because the season was on. Room was tiny and it was annoying sometimes. This is an old Japanese business hotel, so is was slightly worn out. Still everything worked. Toilet wasn't sucking very strongly, but still it worked. If you come here, remember to keep the air conditioner on whole time. Otherwise cigarette smoke and smell will come to your room. They have only two coin washers for whole hotel which isn't enough. Hotel doesn't have metro station nearby, but couple convenience stores are very close. The best thing was free breakfast buffet! This was good and tasty. A great way to start a day. Hot and cold drinks were free 24/7."

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days 5 nights in time for the Sapporo Snow Festival 2016. The hotel was nicely located walking distance to Nakajimakoen subway and a 10mins leisure walk to Susukino. Sometimes we even walk as far as to Odori Park, yes it is doable, you just have to brave the frosty winter weather. Staff speaks good English too, especially the lady receptionist (forgot her name). Rooms are small, but its okay because this is normal when you're in Japan. There's a cafe in this hotel that serves delicious pancakes for bfast. Hotel lobby ambience is very nice too. Will definitely stay here again! Travelled as a group. Stayed from Feb 3-8, 2016."

"The hotel is in walking distance to Susukino subway station about 10 min. Not quiet convenience if you have large luggage. Staffs were helpful and always smile. In the room, there are microwave, TV, fridge, hair dryer, pot. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean. Bed is comfortable. Self service laundry machines are on 2nd and 7th floor. And there is a 24hr supermarket near the hotel. "
