"During my trip to Oman I stopped in Salalah, wanting to avoid the beach resorts, I looked for a not too big hotel in the city. The possibilities offered by the usual sites were not many but one stood out above all the "GRAND FLORA HOTEL". I timidly booked one night to probe the ground .... and I stayed there almost two weeks .... I changed several rooms according to the needs of the moment but in all I was very well. The strengths are an excellent quality / price ratio, the recent renovation but above all the staff guys. Of all, Ibrahim deserves special mention, particularly thoughtful and generous with precise and precious suggestions. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to avoid the crowds of the resorts and if you have a car for travel."

"Good location. Super clean and comfy room with good amenities. Breakfast was not great. Hot selection could have been much better with more variety and flavour. Good choice of pastry. MUST MUST MUST dine at the rooftop grill. Moorthy, Yasoda and team were excellent and the food was to die for!! Amazingly flavourful local meat along with other local delicacies. This was the highlight of our stay at the Millennium. Front desk staff were polite but not friendly. Not a single welcoming smile at the reception upon arrival at 3.00am after a long 23 hour drive (after being stuck at the UAE-Oman border for over 9 hours). A warm welcome would have made a big difference. Overall good property. "

"Atana Stay has left such a lasting and beautiful impression and the service was so extraordinary that it has simply been the best place we have ever stayed in. - Superb customer service, unrelenting passion to serve and incredibly EXCEPTIONAL staff! - Emad, Vijay, Melanie showed exactly what Omani hospitality is and displayed beautiful affection, passion and commitment to provide the most hospitable service possible - the breakfast was fulfilling and varied every single day - our extremely dirty car (due to rain and mud in Salalah) was cleaned as new without any request from us! - they supplied a complimentary extra bed, many water bottles and fruits whenever we went to the reception; it felt like family! - when I needed a laptop for urgent office work, they made one available for 5 hours! - when Vijay knew we would be staying in City hotel in Duqm, he called them and arranged exceptional level of service! - the apartments are beautiful, large and clean BEST STAY EVER!"
