"We took the train from Belgrade to Podgorica (awesome!) and spent 2 nights here. The best things about this hotel: 1) right next to bus station, and walking distance to train station 2) clean, new, and well-sound-proofed rooms 3) good breakfast included 4) it runs like a European-style IBIS or like hotel chain (efficient, easy, clean, modern, somewhat no-frills) The downside: 1) the hotel is owned by the bus company and literally sits on the parking lot near the bus station. good windows keep sound to a minimum but it's a pretty ugly location in the city, and there isn't much to see or do in the immediate vicinity 2) walking to the main eating/shopping area takes about 15 minutes or so 3) the city of Podgorica isn't much to see. we spent 2 nights here just to see it, and because our train arrived in the evening the first night so we needed a full day the next day to sight-see. the fact is, there just isn't much to see. 4) considering where you are, it's surprising to me that this hotel is as expensive as it is. The hotel may be competitively priced for Podgorica, but sadly this hotel cost the same in Euros as our apartment in ROME!! crazy. "
