"This is the best 5 star hotel I have stayed at in Makkah. It is modern and clean with a surprisingly good customer service (something very rare in Saudi Arabia!) -Very good breakfast -Beautiful prayer room/mosque overlooking the ka'bah. My wife really enjoyed praying here when she couldn't go to the haram because of our young children. -Also, children under 7 stay free with parents which made this hotel excellent value for us. Overall- this has been the best hotel experience we have had in Makkah (5th time). "
