"This was a wonderful place to stay my very first time in London. It is away from the city center, but if you are used to metro trains (NYC Subway) then it is VERY easy to get around from this location. There is a Metro Train stop called Willesden Green that is a 5-7 minute walk from the property. I usually stay in hotels, but this felt more like an Extended-Stay with a kitchen, dining area and two full size sofa-beds. Entry is by code key (which can be annoying, I prefer key cards). Place was very clean, there is a washer (but no dryer, had to take my clothes to a nearby Laundry mat to dry, but it was super easy and cheap). Towels were changed every 3 days, but it was fine for me. Would definitely stay here again for the price. I was all over the city during my stay, so staying at the city center wasn't really a priority. The London metro system is on par with NYC, super easy to deal with for English-speaking people. I had never been to London before but was confidently using it."

"I know London inside out having lived there for ~20 years, and I would say this hotel is very well-located - just a very short walk from a tube station. (There are many hotels on the west side around South Kensington/Hyde Park, but really this is much more conveniently-located for Central London activities.) Another good thing about this hotel is the fact that, it is modern (many 3-4 stars hotels are have very dated decoration and facilities in London), clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, this hotel is very outstanding."
