Good sized room albeit with dated decor. Comically slow room service and at breakfast also. Tiny gym with too much equipment and a good outdoor pool, but no lady only swimming times so avoid unless you want to be gawped at. That said, as far as Karachi hotels go it's fine and a lot better than the Marriott

I used to stay in Regent Plaza 7 -8 years back and have a good impression. But i quite disappointed with my last visit, I hardly find a staff with a smiling face. Maybe because we are in Karachi. The facility is a bit old and sometimes I don't get hot shower water in the morning. The AC is quite noisy when it is running. But I enjoy the Pakistani Tea serve during b...
Friendly staff and customer service rep. Took my bags in and out of the rooms, helped me with navigating through the city. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is sent to the room. Worth every penny and will definitely come back again.
