" The location is great! We stayed there for one night to catch the early morning flight next day. It's just a few minutes or so from Hakata station chikushi exit. You can see the hotel from the station. If it's raining really hard, you can go down to the subway station and walk to the exit #6 (east). You will be right in front of the hotel's entrance! If you have lots of luggages or your luggages are heavy, going down to the subway station might be a little bit tough though, because i'm not sure if there's an elevator or not... It was really easy to get to the Fukuoka airport next morning. It's only 2 stops away (i think it was like 240 or 260yen) . I would recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for an easy access to the Fukuoka airport or JR station."

"I would say Forza Hotel is THE hotel to stay for a Fukuoka or North Kyushu trip. It's just 1 min walk from the Hakata JR station, having 2 Family Marts right next to the hotel, with the bus terminal just less than 5 min walk, plus you can shop and dine till late at the JR Hakata City just next door. That's so convenient for everything, what else you would ask for more? The room is neat and all basic amenity are all there. The room size is just right or I would say it's a bit larger than my expectation for a Japan hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful. There's also an iPad in each of the guest rooms so saving us hassel in bringing us along. I would say Forza hotel is just too perfect for a trip in Fukuoka or a North Kyushu trip having Hakata as the hub. Hihgly recommend this! :) "

"Close to Hard Rock Cafe and Hakata Station. The staff was very good. When I arrived I was behind a difficult gentleman, but the staff were trying hard to be patient and helpful to him. I'm unsure if they speak English. I spoke to them in Japanese. Only downside is the room is a tad small. About average for a hotel in Fukuoka though. Clean and quiet overall, no problems."

"This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in Japan. It is clean and tidy, and everything is quite new perhaps because it was opened not very long time ago. A major perk is that it offers a variety of choices of free drink at 2/f. Members of staff were also very kind and helpful with good command of English. A little bit of downside is that some people may find it relatively far away from Hakata station. It took me 10 mins to walk from the station to the hotel. If you travel with a lot of baggage with you, you may find it exhausting having to walk such a distance. But my bags were light, so I am fine. Another thing someone may gripe about is the smell of BBQ food during the breakfast time in the morning, but as long as it did not last long I was fine with it. Lastly, the design of the hotel is quite unique with a hollowed-out centre, which allows sunlight to light up the interior of the building. "
