"I am not particularly sensitive to noise, but if you want the epitome of a noisy hotel room, this would be it. It’s in the heart of the party district with live music until 2 AM everyday. The Frenchmen singalong to it as well as if they’d just won the Battle of Dunkirk. Combine that with thin old windows that cannot - yes - cannot be closed properly. I had to build a fort in front of the window to make it stay closed. However as I am reasonably young still I’m not in a hurry to sleep before 2 on my vacation. I have great silicone earplugs Also that mostly do the job. In the end it was quite charming! Anyway - the staff treated us like kings and queens, couldn’t have had better service at any price range. The WiFi is inconsistent, so don’t count on it, that’s a warning. Rooms are fresh - ours was top notch renovated. Will definitely come back because of the service, the location and the price per night. "

"I booked the small room with "special condition", since I am traveling alone, I am ready for whatever surprise that could happen. However when I took the key and step in the room, I didn't find anything wrong with it, it's a small room with a small shower, but it's a lovely room, bed and pillow are comfortable, not the best but good enough, some dust on the floor but it's inevitable... trust me after you spend one whole day at the beach, you won't care that much. Location is its greatest point, just right across the train station, supermarket and shops are 5mins away, beach is 10mins away, what else could you ask for? Anyway I would recommend the hotel to anyone for its price and location, and I would come back to stay again if I returned to Cannes!"

"Le Cannet area is a step back to old Cannes. The hotel is what you expect for the cheaper price but the staff are excellent t and the secure parking was not mentioned on Agoda. A real bonus! 2 streets up the hill is Le Cannet. The view and cafes/bars are sublime. Highly recommend Gabin for l’apero and tapas. "
