"PROS: -early check-in allowed -clean and comfortable room -fast WiFi -nice host -easy and convenient location for food delivery CONS: -internet disconnects sometimes which is just normal in the Philippines. This is not the host fault. It’s totally the internet provider’s fault. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property."

"From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. My experience was perfect. Not one single complaint. I was a solo traveler staying one month. I saw the Owner of the property numerous of times during my stay. The Manager was onsite every day and always available and very attentive for any needs or questions I had. The Reception Staff was flawless. The Chef was amazing. Housekeeping was spotless. The Bellmen kept it all flowing 24/7. Property was very well manicured. The Pool was sparkling daily. And Security made me feel safe at all times. The entire staff is 5 Star*****. “Perfect Experience”. The atmosphere at CnB felt like “pamilya” every day. Every single person in this hotel made me feel like family. I recommend highly and I’d stay here again in an instant. I saw improvements taking place every day and and the only thing I would like to recommend would be, in room WiFi, and a more stable cable reception. Lobby WiFi was strong. Thank you CnB "

"This place you could tell used to be really really nice but because of Covid and I’m not making any money they’ve cut back on everything starting with staff it has a beautiful pool but does it look like it’s being taken care of the way it should be they lie on here when it says there’s Wi-Fi in every room there are modems there but they’re not being paid for right now if you want Wi-Fi you need to go to the front lobby every time you want to connect and use it there we called them around 5 PM because you couldn’t look online it said it was full so we called them directly they said they had a room and we said we were going to eat dinner and then we would be there this was at 5 PM after we ate we were on our way to the hotel not even five minutes away we got a phone call asked if we were still coming we said why are you calling we just told you we were on our way after we ate. The manager made the front desk call us anyway because they lock the place down at nine I said yes but it’s only 6 PM I feel like you’re treating me like I have a curfew and I’m 16 years old the management sucks their . The staff was really great though breakfast was really good everything else is OK there"
