"The bathroom amenities are pathetic, towels are thread bear. The bathroom door is dirty with hand marks all over the door. The room is dated, the desk/counter is stained, not enough hanging space for clothes. the buffet is terrible, breakfast terrible - the choice is the same meal after meal."
