It was an awesome and chillax experience staying in Winds Residences. The condo unit is very relaxing. Owner is friendly and. Accommodating. Fully Furnished unit with a good Niview. This is a two thumbs up for me. I will surely go back in tagaytay and stay again in Casa Andres + Andrei room 905. If your looking a place to stay in Tagaytay. Simply Relaxing”
Alex's place is in an excellent location, located centrally in the most frequented places in Tagaytay but secluded in a way to give the occupant the privacy he needs to just enjoy the breeze of the mountains and the sights. The renovation done to his unit for the benefit of transient visitors like us is splendid. A couple more improvements would render this accommodation truly perfect: a range hood to help exhaust food odor when cooking, a consistently functioning shower heater (temperature fluctuates when in use), door seals around the main entry door to keep the noise along the corridors out and some foldable outdoor chairs and tables that can be used on the balcony (we just love the marveling over the sites while sipping coffee over breakfast) would be the first in mind. We didn't get to take advantage of the amenities on a short stay but would love to in the next opportunity. We'll never hesitate to book Alex's place again when the next opportunity for a visit to Tagaytay comes

Great location however, still needs to improve”
This is our second time staying in Wind Residences - Tagaytay. Our first stay is in Tower 5 (June 15 to 17), and this is our second. I would like to point out some of my observations during our stay: 1. Fridge (not properly cleaned) - There are still drinks left (milke teas) in the fridge. 2. Bed - too small for couple. I almost fell while sleeping 3. Bed sheet - not what you expect 4. Towels - the one they provided are not bath towels, they provided a towel for face only 5. Toiletries - There are no soap, toothpaste or shampoo (not even sachet) 6. TV - they have cable yes, unfortunately, most of the channel has no sound and not clear at all 7. Sofa Bed - Dirty Bonus - the TV has Netflix Hope these can be improved. This is a great condo as the place is near in every tourist attraction in tagaytay. Would love to come back again, but I hope it will not be the same as our recent stay.

Totally had an awesome stay ❤❤❤ The unit was fully furnished and had everything that we need from cooking utensils, wifi, tv and even a basketball ball (the owner drefinitely thought of even the smallest detail) my hubby was so happy to be able to play during our stay. The owner was so accomodating and made sure that all our needs during the stay were met. We've got more than what we've paid for and will definitely be back. This place is totally recommended 👍👍👍

The unit owners are very accomodating. The place was very cozy and clean. It had a beautiful balcony where you can relax with a cup of coffee at night or right after you wake up. And wait there's more, a very wide smart tv with netflix 😍 just wanna make you grab a box of pizza and chill through out the night. Thank you maam and sir! Till next time 😊

We stayed for 3D2N, although we didn't get to use the indoor and outdoor pools, and we missed going to the rooftop deck, the stay was great. The room was very nice, very relaxing, and worth the price. We love the wide screen TV+Netflix ☺ Except for a microwave (which we really hoped they had) and a cabinet where we could put our things on , the place has everything we need. The owner, despite her living outside the country, she was very nice to call us and made sure everything's okay. I would surely come back in the near future, and would highly recommend this place to everyone, be it a couple, family or anyone who would like to take a break from their busy life. Thankful for the very accommodating host. Pros: Location, security, Wifi, AC, Netflix, Instagrammable unit. Cons: Bed (strings) if you're not comfortable with bouncing bed every single time you move and the room has no exhaust you can smell what's the neighbor cooking. Overall, it was a great stay. Pros: Kitchen: Complete utensils, electric kettle, dish washing soap and sponge. Bathroom: Clean and without an odor. Has a heater and rain shower head. Towels are provided in the laundry basket and in the TV counter. Living Room: Has an IG-worthy TV counter, big-screen TV, wide sofa bed and mirror, and room air freshener. Bedroom: Has an IG-worthy headboard design and comfortable bed. Window is clean and has duo roller blinds. Terrace: Has a cute wooden coffee table set with table candle lantern. Candles are kept in the TV counter. Cons: small bath towels, thin blanket, flimsy metal stools and a bit timeworn sofa bed. Over-all experience: Comfortable, relaxing, and with a nice pool view!

We stayed for a night here. It wasn't that hard to find thanks to Waze :D Near restaurants, and malls. The view was awesome! Good thing they provided towels (although they were too small but that's okay) cause we didn't bring one. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

-Parking lot is far from the building. -If you are going for swim, you have to pay at the payment center at the Tower5 lower ground flr. -You have to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. -No microwave in the unit but you can cook. -Beautiful scenery

It would've been better if the water heater works consistently. There's not much cooking utensils, the pan has already lost its non stick coating. I tried cooking an omelet but i dont think its still safe to eat since the black non stick coating stuck to the egg.

Okay naman sana talaga siya , kaso dami issue sa mga gamit sa loob ng unit . Unang una yung towel masyadong tinipid akala mo maliit na bata yung gagamit kasi sobrang liit , yung ilaw sa cr pundido , yung cable malabo wala pang sounds , buti na lang may netflix , yung socket para sa toaster and rice cooker di nagana , yung heater sa cr di rin gumagana , hindi ko to sinasabi para siraan kayo or what gusto ko lang mapaimprove pa yung unit niyo kasi kung sa lugar lang naman yung pag uusapan maganda talaga yung place . Maganda rin naman yung unit kaso kulang lang talaga sa kaayusan o di ko masabing nagkataon lang samen na ganto kasi based sa mga nabasa ko sa ibang reviews okay naman eh . Pero sana mabigyang pansin tong comment ko . Thank you ~

Dear Ms. Mary, Thank you for your time to write this review We are sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. ..please see below our response towel masyadong tinipid akala mo maliit na bata yung gagamit kasi sobrang liit , will ensure to provide bigger one next time yung ilaw sa cr pundido , perhaps light bulb burned out during your stay… we are sorry for this but we had it fixed yung cable malabo wala pang sounds , buti na lang may netflix , cable isn’t available in the unit thus only availability of Netflix was posted in our ads yung socket para sa toaster and rice cooker di nagana,….. one socket isn’t working but the other one is perfectly okay. We had this reported for maintenance. yung heater sa cr di rin gumagana , heater is working well.instructions manual is also available in the unit as guide on how to operate the same..Your feedbacks are well noted that everything will be in order on your next visit.
