Comfy beds and friendly staff ”
We were traveling through Dubai to another country and stayed here for 2 days. The beds slept really great and helped us a lot with getting rid of our jetlag. The staff was very friendly and helped us get an early morning taxi back to the airport. Overall the hotel is a bit outdated, but the hygiene is good.

great hotel ....BUT ”
this is a great hotel with a great location and views ( creek view room. ) of the burj khalifa and dubai creek . The rooms are a good size and clean , but a little worn . Breakfast is adequate and has great staff looking after you . The only MAJOR downside is the pool area which should be their best asset ,but is is in need of some maintenance and the so called lifeguard who does very little except hiding in the cool of the gym ,Also better make sure you can swim because he would never know if you drowned .. they used to offer food and drink at the pool and although you can still get it, it is not offered . they also used to have a bar area after the pool shut but that has stopped .. The other bad point is the pool hours ,after a hot day it would be nice to have a swim and a drink looking at the wonderful views in the evening but the pool area shuts at 7pm , Also do not get the door/concierge staff to get a taxi as they call their friends in who then try to con you ..
