Exceptional”
The hotel was very clean and excellently located. All the staff were friendly and polite all our requests were met. Special praise to our room cleaner who went out of his way to make us comfortable. For us the only thing we would have changed was we would have preferred a refrigerator rather than a mini bar. Maybe for the business community the mini bar is better, so probably this should be an option. The restaurant was very good and not very expensive, lots of options for breakfast. If you can get a room with a view that would make this perfect. Unfortunately ours looked over the road but the room itself had everything we needed for a great break.

Excellent hotel”
We were there for 5 nights. Pros: 1. Excellent location, next to metro and burj 2. Free car parking 3. Courteous and helpful staff 4. Large sized room with view of Burj 5. Good complimentary breakfast 6. Cleanliness was good 7. Nice restaurant on the 47th floor Cons: Only con, the room was never cleaned whenever we came back. The room cleaning folks are understaffed, and have to do 45 rooms in a day. So they never got to our room. That was the only frustrating bit.

Perfect stay”
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our family for the New Year. The front desk staff were very helpful and ensured that we had a perfect stay. The suite was luxurious and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were able to watch the Burj Khalifa fireworks + Burj Al Arab and Atlantis fireworks from our rooms which we hadn't expected! Great Hotel for Family”
Great hotel location with an amazing staff. They have 24x7 service available and are very responsive. The recwpion was very helpful in guiding us with our travel plans. The hotel is next to the financial center metro and walking distance (~20 mins) from Dubai mall/ Burj Khalifa. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Perfect hotel for a family vacation. I would recommend the hotem to anyone visiting Dubai for holiday or work.

Amazing stay with very friendly staff”
I've stayed with my family in this hotel for a week and we all had a very good time there. The location is excellent and close to the centre. The rooms were big and clean and the staff are very cooperative. Shout out for the lovely Jasmine from the reception for her help during the check-in and for meeting our requests. Best Hotel, Best Location ”
Our stay at Carlton downtown was very pleasant as they upgraded our room even if we didn’t ask them, we just requested room on higher floor while booking. We got to stay on 23rd floor and had all the amenities, staff is very friendly. We forgot to bring adapter and we got it from Hotel. Location is perfect, you can see Burj Khalifa out of your windows. Metro station is 2 minutes walk from Hotel which is a plus when you are looking for a stay in foreign country. We loved our experience and would like to come back again!

Celebrated my birthday with a blast even I’m alone. Humongous thanks to Ms. Yasmin for her humble & kind approached in all my request with her sincere smile and for the room upgrade on my special day. Great and superb room ~ facing the tallest tower (Burj Khalifa), huge and neat bed as well. Lovely pool with strict precaution and really well maintained. Thanks Sanka for the assistance. Thanks also to Mr. Ahmed for granting my late check-out request just to spend more “me-time” in front of the tallest tower. Really worth the amount paid (4D/3N) and will definitely visit here again. Location is good. Nearby about 2 blocks away, Delma cafe serve cheap & good food. Hotel is just one stop by metro away from Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. Check-in is fast by experience front desk. Required AED500 as deposit. Lift need to key in floor number to go up. Lift operates very fast so does the hotel wifi. Super excellent. Was upgraded room with the Burj Khalifa. Can view the Burj Al Arab too.... Hotel is just short distance from metro about 3mins walk. They do provide hair dryer, iron, toilet amenities except toothbrush and tooth paste. Fortunately brought along. Can buy from convenience store nearby (next to Delma cafe). Did not book with breakfast so unable comment however saw in lift the buffet dinner on is Thursday is cheap around AED149 for guest rate... Swimming is on 47th floor but very windy... Overall the hotel has good location, excellent cleaniness, forever helpful & smiling staffs from top till bottom. Will definitely recommend friends and will return in the future

Value for money”
The place is very accessible and close to Dubai mall. We would also take morning walks to DIFC area and was able to use the tennis court. We got upgraded to a bigger room with an outstanding view of Burj Khalifa. Overall experience was good. Would recommend cleaning of windows to get a nicer view and photo with the said landmark,

I loved the Carlton Downtown from the minute I arrived! I extended my stay for one month as everything was perfect. The location is brilliant, my room was amazing and it goes without saying that the staff are so welcoming, helpful and kind, especially Ruben, Ámer, Cameron & Roland. Conceige staff extremely helpful”
We asked for a view of burj khalifa, and it was given to us. We had our breakfast at one of the lebanese restaurant, it was sooooo good, just besides the hotel. The other day we tried delma, the fried noodle and rice sandwiches was yummy. The hotel staff at the main door was extremely helpful. We left on 31 Jan and couldnt get a cab even on the app due to high demand. He went all out to find one for us. I didnt get his name cos we were in a hurry. all in all its a great hotel to stay.

This was one of the best hotel stays ever in dubai. Amazing staff very helpful specially Deepak was extremly helpful in everything from lobby to room and guiding for good good options around. We were even upgraded to a panaromic executive suite. Gabriel on the counter and hassan the new trainee were also extremely helpful. All in all a great stay. They Never Disappoint”
I think it's our 3rd or 4th stay already in Carlton Downtown and they still uphold a certain standard. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Since our first visit they have been consistently good! The facilities are worth every penny my wife and my mother enjoyed our stay. We are from Al Ain, so every time we visit Dubai we make sure to stay in Carlton Downtown. All the best!

We were really impressed at the size of the room and how comfortable and clean it was. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff and location make up for this, minutes away from DIFC and the train station.

i stayed in apr 2022, checkin was swift, they upgraded us to 2 room suite, hotel staff was very prompt, breakfast buffet was lavish and a mix of everything, small though nice swimming pool and gym, good security and brilliant location. One thing would recommend reducing the usage of plastic such as coffee cups, water bottles etc. Try installing a water purifier, putting soap dispenser etc that would decrease plastic usage. god, bless.
