The view: room given to us had a really nice and awesome view. The room: Super spacious, new, clean and smell so good. Bed is really comfy. The food: Breakfast buffet has varieties and they are quick to refill the food plus it really tasted good. The Staff: Very respectful and accommodating. Amenities: Pool are heated so you can still enjoy it even the weather is cold. Lot of parking spaces. There’s also an outdoor area on the upper floor where you can stay and chill with friends. And also you can request for a room service massage (with fee). Overall experience: 10/10 for me. Looking forward on staying in this hotel again :)

Great hotel, feels like 5star service”
Stayed at Hotel Casiana with family to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We booked a three bedroom suite. Everything about the experience is amazing. Pre-check in - I called to request for early check in as my dad was tired from the long travel and wanted to lie down for a nap they said they will try their best to accomodate - we arrived at 12:30 pm and the receptionist welcomed us and informed us our room is ready. We were also welcomed with a warm smile by the security guards Our bags were promptly brought up by the service staff. The room was amazing, super clean, luxurious, it has everything that we need, it comes with microwave too. Service requests for plates, utensils, extra towels all came promptly. Breakfast buffet and swimming pool experience were also superb! The staff from reception, restaurant, housekeeping, security, were all super warm and nice. Hotel Casiana was a surprise, didnt expect a lot when I booked but seems like they will now be a Tagaytay favorite. Keep it up! 😊✌🏻

We got the room at a discounted price via Agoda. We were surprised the room was very huge for its price! T&B was a bit small compared to the bedroom but it was just fine for us. Hot shower and water pressure were satisfactory. Buffet breakfast was good enough and changed everyday. Wait for the bacon! We had ours during our 3rd night (Tuesday) hehe. Loved their coffee at Coffee Quotes. There's enough parking for all guests. Need to check the equipment at the gym, though. The treadmill I used had problems with the speedometer. But plus plus points that the pool is heated and everyone from the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had an awesome staycation!

This Hotel is close to great locations. Almost all great restaurants are 15 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is consistent. The rates are worth it.

We had the best stay. The rooms are perfectly clean from the balcony to the bath. All the staff are friendly and approachable. They are helpful too. Breakfast is buffet, and perfectly prepared. The room service is also perfect. You can order from their restaurant anytime. The location is near mahogany and skyranch so if you are travelling with kids, this place is perfect.

Asked for an early check-in and they accommodated. Wished it would have been earlier but they still gave us a 3-hour advanced admission. I loved the high ceilings and great view. Room was sophistically decorated. The let-down was the bathroom. It could have had better lighting and matched with the interior of the room. Also, a full length mirror would be a nice addition to the room.

Was there end of July 2022 with my family. It was a very new hotel which apparently opened in 2020. The rooms were spacious. We booked a 3 bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean and had modern decor. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The hotel offered a simple breakfast but filling. They also has a good size pool and gym facilities for you to stay fit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was secure and had a beautiful ambiance. I would stay here again and recommend Hotel Casiana to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable hotel while in Tagaytay.

This hotel exceeded our expectation. - Smooth check in and checkout process - New Hotel in Tagaytay - High quality equipments in the room (Japanese style toilet, air purifier, Smart TV) - New toys at their kids play area - Breastfeeding Room - Clean and Hot Swimming Pool - Scrumptious Breakfast buffet - Last but not the least is the hotel staff which attended EVERYTHING we needed! Huge place. Pleasant staff. Place is easy to locate, situated just along the road. Aesthetically pleasing room, nice bath tub and our favorite was the toilet with controls, really nice. Cons would be breakfast is decent but not exceptional. There are insects that are always getting inside the room. The housekeeping took a long time to come for changing sheets and cleaning. 8.5/10 still

Staff is very friendly and accommodating All public areas of the hotel like the lobby, elevator, powder room, cafe are clean and well-kept Ample parking with guards at both exits I was able to request an early check in (nicely of course) Room was incredibly spacious and even included a big balcony with a view Room was stylish and had black out curtains Room had a work table Bed was big and comfy Pillows were nice Heated shower worked well Buffet breakfast had a decent selection Price is so sulit especially because I got a good discount when I booked (3061 for two people) I will not run out of good things to say about this hotel I HIGHLY recommend it I will surely book again!

The hotel has a great location. There are 2 entry points from front and back streets. Heated pool is so nice. You can have a dip at any time and have a nice warm swim. Gym is decent. Breakfast has just enough selections. I don't like their juices though. Rooms are nice with balcony and big enough space. Bathroom is also nice. Very functional. Overall - highly recommended.

For a family of 5, it’s hard to find a place where we could all be comfortable and this hotel was superb in all ways considering also that my dad is already a senior. Room was spacious, stylish and clean. All staff are accommodating and when you request them something (I had to request for an ice bucket at night and for my food to be packed instead of buffet style) they will try to accommodate and revert to you asap. This staycation was my treat to our parents for their wedding anniversary and they were all happy. More power to the staff and I will definitely come back again.

It was father’s day when we stayed there so expected hotel was full, but they provided additional parking spaces and coverted function rooms as additional dining spaces during breakfast. Room was superb! Staff were all courteous! Heated pool was nice! Standard room is clean, shower is great, bed was perfect! My only suggestions are to add a mirror outside of the bathroom and improve internet in the rooms. Will book again soon!

I loved my stay at Hotel Casiana. The property itself is well maintained, neat, aesthetically pleasing, and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated, and appropriately stocked with all your needs. There's even a balcony! I've stayed at plenty hotels in Manila, but hearing that this was a 3 star boutique hotel, I was surprised at the least because my experience felt like a 5 star stay. A Great Hotel for Families with Young Childre”
We will surely go back to this hotel. They’re facilities are superb and staff are very attentive and friendly. Cons: 1. We got lost so I ring them up but they didn’t pick up. I was calling for over an hour. 2. During checkout, I ring up the reception to ask for help in bringing down our things. We waited for about 20min and nobody came to help us. When we went down, butlers and hotel carts were in the lobby. It’s not like no one was available. Pros: 1. Staff are courteous and attentive. For instance, they were quick to give us high chairs and kid’s utensils when they saw our kids. 2. Heated pool. It was chilly when we checked in but we enjoyed swimming. 3. Kid’s Club. I can’t stop raving about this. It’s like an Ikea showroom but what I truly liked about it was the toddler friendly toilet/ washroom. They have a cosy nursing room and a nice diaper changing room. They even have a refrigerator for your breastmilk. Tip: Waze for Hotel Casiana TAGAYTAY Managed by Enderun instead of Hotel Casiana Managed by Enderun. There were hiccups here and there but the overall experience was truly 5*

Rooms were amazing. There was a humidifier inside our room. Balcony view is great. Pool is warm enough. Parking exit both main roads is an amazing idea. Wish they could just improve their breakfast service. Food: nothing exquisite. Pancakes and waffles were already cold and hard. It was sort of a served buffet. Bacon and sausages were located behind the buffet area making it hard for guest to notice it. Service: staff in general was very friendly and accommodating, but during breakfast, you could see them panicking and forgetting certain request from guest. Overall I would still rate it a 5,
