Good deal!”
The hotel was easy to find...Google Maps led me close, and then I finally saw the huge blue sign that said "Capital Hotel". Another nearby landmark is Garapan Elementary School. I rented a Standard Twin room, and was given a room on the 2nd floor. The room was a decent size, and the airconditioner was nice and cold. There were two twin beds and a big mirrored closet. There was also a TV placed on top of a table, a mini refrigerator, and an electric kettle. (There was a shared kitchen outside with a microwave, stove, and sink if people wanted to cook.) The restroom was a little cramped between the sink and the shower, and the stand for the showerhead was not the right type, so the showerhead would shift after a while and spray water in the wrong direction. There was also a slight odor coming from the restroom. Overall, it was a good deal since I only needed a place to sleep and store my things, as I spent most of the day out and about. There was also ample parking for tenants.

Entire staff was awesome. Very courteous and helpful”
In the interest of full disclosure, except for the initial description and details of the accommodations, we were very satisfied with our experience with the Capital Hotel. The only discrepancy was in the description of the "Deluxe Suite"This is not an apartment. I was told after I checked in that we could share a common kitchen that was apart from the room. The room did have a small fridge and hot water pot. But no utensils of any kind and no drinking water. I believe the owners of the property should disclose this on their site. But, our overall experience was excellent. The staff, housekeeping and office were awesome and very accommodating. I was not too happy the first couple of days, but after working out a couple of details, all went very well. I will be coming back and plan on using their services again

Capital Hotel Saipan”
Small quaint local hotel and on pare for Micronesia. Clean room and good location. Microfridge in the room but bring you own ice. Also there is no restaurant but at there are at least 5 within on block. If you know your need and don't need the glitz the Capital Hotel is very good value.

hotel for chinese people”
Communal kitchens outside bedroom door.Would be shut down in U.S mainland due to health standards.Chinese owners catering to mainly Chinese people.No emergency doors in case of fire.Agoda should send someone to stay there if they want to promote it.Bottom line is you get what you pay for! Besides this is the only place I could get with 4 rooms available.

not enjoyable stay”
pictures of the hotel are way better than actual hotel.the room smelled musty and couldn't get rid of the smell since my room was on the first floor and i couldn't open the window because anybody could see inside from the parking lot. hot water was on and off and just like any other hotels u can hear everything from outside. it's not so far from the main beach(7~10 minutes walking distance) so it's not so bad but where the hotel is not on the main road and kinda dark and on its way there's an ugly building which seemed to be a hotel before n it's not used anymore. it was creepy and should be got rid of. when i got there i was upset with myself that i chose this hotel and booked for 2 nights. never want to stay there again! i definitely don't recommend!

Overrated”
Not very enjoyable; no hot water; very uncomfortable bed. Location felt sketchy (though there is a locked gate);

Worst shower ever, sprays entire bathroom. ”
WiFi wasn't that fast. Somewhat frustrating. The shower was awful! Door wasn't hinged properly so you'd have to slam it, very loud! Cheap place, you get what you expect. Not too far of a walk to the beach...

the worst stay ever in a hotel.”
The place was dirty and had bugs. I stayed only one night out of my three. It makes no difference to order the suite since all the rooms are unfit to stay in.

Recommended for those who are satisfied with just sleeping”
I don't know about other hotels since this is my first time in Saipan. But if you're used to hotels in Guam, you might be disappointed. Tile floors: Very clean, but there are ants. Shower: Hot water is available, but the water pressure is low. Only warm air comes out, but there is a hairdryer. Toilet: Clean, but sometimes the water keeps running and doesn't flush properly. Air conditioning: Works well, almost too cold. Bed: The size is double and the firmness is just right, so no problem sleeping. Safety box: Broken. Location: Right behind DFS, and there are various shops within walking distance. There is also a famous Himawari supermarket/restaurant nearby, which is convenient for Japanese people. The surrounding area is filled with local residents' houses. Dogs, cats, chickens, and sheep are freely roaming around. Not many people or cars pass by. Security: The entrance gate is electronically locked from 7pm to 7am, but the room key itself is flimsy. As mentioned before, the safety box is also broken, so be careful with your valuables. Pool: It is mentioned in the hotel facilities introduction, but we used the pool at another hotel in the same group. If it fits the staff's schedule, they can provide transportation, but you may need to move on your own. It's about a 20-minute walk, less than 2km. It's a car society, so there are no pedestrians. Lastly, I mentioned that the entrance gate is electronically locked at night, so be careful if you arrive on a late-night flight. Since it's before check-in, you can't enter, and I was a little worried. When I called the phone number written on the notice (the hotel's phone number), they answered and I was able to enter and check-in safely. It was a relief that I could make a phone call with the smartphone I brought from Japan. In conclusion, if you consider it as a budget hotel just for sleeping, it's a very good hotel in my personal opinion.
