"We booked here for 10 days due to the high rating. It was a bit of a disappointment for many reasons but good on others. We had an offer to leave one day early by car, and they refused to give us a refund. I think that was unfair due to the fact they already had steady customers for 9 days!! Lots of people only stayed one night! Not cool. The place is a little shabby - courtyard could be cleaned up a lot and would look so much nicer. Cold water showers, but satellite TV to watch in an extremely hot room. Would rather have hot water than TV!!! We asked for a better situated room as they put us right at the entrance to the rooms - moved to another spot with a pump going on all day long. Lots and lots of door slammers!!! On the positive side - the sitting area in front of room is very nice, the shared kitchen is really good. Close to the main stretch of small Cahuita and the park. I don’t think I would stay here again, but would give others I know the option and make sure they know the negative parts!!"
