Nice place to get away from the city”

Book the shuttle and it's easy to get there by train, food is good and friendly staff. Butterflies are everywhere when I stayed, saw some monkeys. Nice hot spring bath in the room to wash all the stress away and few trails to see the waterfall and bridge.

Acticities including firefly watching (March, April). Hop on the hotel shuttle bus to visit nearby dye workshop where you can dye your own scarf, it's fun!

Spa facilities were top notch, buffet breakfast and dinner and first class service from staff.

Exceeded my expectation each time. This is my second stay and I was blown away again. Plenty to do within the resort and the people were just so helpful. Facilities were top notch!

Old and dirty”

The rooms have been renovated and are decent, but the bathrooms remain old and smelly. The buffet was really mediocre (completely self serve, including cooking of noodles) and the staff was limited. We thought the onsen would be a nice feature, but then our bathing suits smelled terrible for days after and we found bugs in our suits after. One positive is that the property landscape itself is really lovely with a night firefly tour and nice trails.

Away from City”

Generally what you expect from a resort. Room is on second floor, and first floor is the dinner/breakfast buffet area. Hence, it gets a bit noisy. Nothing to do at resort if it's raining. Good thing there's free transport from train station to resort.

早朝の出発”

花連の列車に間に合うよう、チェックアウトは朝5時でしたが、タクシーの手配や、サンドイッチのテイクアウトをてきぱきしていただきしていていただき、無事列車にのることができました。

短時間の滞在でしたが、従業員の対応もよく、食事やロビーでの民族踊りも見れて満足のいく時間をすごしました。 ただ、家族がマッサージを希望していましたが、実現できなかったのが残念でした。

第一次入住這家渡假村，令人驚豔，飯店位於森林遊樂區內，滿滿的芬多精環繞你，遠離都市的廢氣，讓你肺部重新注入新的空氣。一泊二食，晚餐不馬虎，是自助餐，不因來客數較少(非假日)而簡單，自家的無毒蔬菜更是難得吃到，早餐也算是豐盛，吃的很開心，能感覺飯店的用心，尤其早上有免費導覽，帶你走園區步道，介紹植物種類，更增長知識，還有天然溫泉可泡湯，真的值回票價，非常值得來的渡假村。

12/31 跨年夜入住, 非常滿意! 晚上自助餐的菜數量不多, 但每道菜都非常好吃! 早餐的口味也很養生, 非常適合小孩大人! 溫泉在房內或戶外都很棒! 還有蝴蝶博物館跟吊橋, 一定要去看! 值回票價! 謝謝工作人員的辛勞!

享受安靜的芬多精之旅”

地理位置偏遠，但可以預約車站(瑞穗)接駁，開車也完全沒問題，這次住在日式，房間大，比想像中的乾淨，雖然還是有地方看的出來有的地方舊舊的，但是整體上清潔度、整潔度還是很高的，旁邊有森林步道，也有標本館，比較可惜的是標本保存的不是很好，但還是有觀賞價值的，夏天需要注意蚊子，記得帶防蚊液

飯店位處花蓮富源，備有往返光復火車站及瑞穗火車站的免費接駁車。首先要稱讚的是飯店的員工服務超棒，我們剛到大廳就有許多人主動過來要幫我們拿行李，辦理住房的速度也很快非常有效率。我們要在園區內移動時，因為當天有點下雨，飯店的人就主動關心說可以幫我們叫接駁車來載我們，整個服務就是非常讓人感動。此次入住本館的雙人房，雖床鋪略小，但是房間內的泡湯池很大。飯店的設施豐富，泡湯區有多個溫泉池及SPA水療池，水療設施非常多。更衣室也非常新穎明亮，只是淋浴間是用簾子而非門。除了泡湯區外，飯店內還有多座路線不同的步道可以行走，走在山林裡面都不會覺得熱，夢幻花園及石頭公園也都相當有特色。另外，這裡也不愧是蝴蝶谷，園區內真的不時都可以遇到許多蝴蝶，飯店也有設置蝴蝶展示館提供豐富的展示。整體來說是間相當不錯的度假村，只有早餐的菜色較少是唯一的缺點。

一分錢果然一分貨”

其實這一次選擇「再一次」的入住，是因為前一次的住宿經驗不錯，所以此次前往花蓮才會再選擇蝴蝶谷入住，但可能真的因為房價整個拉低所致，餐食的部分變得不怎麼吸引人，反而覺得 這不該是蝴蝶谷原來該有的水準啊⋯⋯ 我懂因為疫情關係導致餐飲內容有所變動、房價關係導致飲食成本部分也有所考量，但...真的差別有點大⋯⋯希望蝴蝶谷能恢復到以往的餐飲水準，撇開這部分，住宿的經驗還是美好的，房間整齊、乾淨（喔！我懷念之前入住還有在房內放的精油，可現在也沒了）、園區安靜真的有放假的感覺、服務人員的親切，都是蝴蝶谷的一大特色，總之，蝴蝶谷溫泉渡假飯店是值得推薦的，但餐食的部分，就....能吃飽就好😊
