Very accommodating”
We arrived early and the staff let usbleave our luggage before check in time. Also I appreciate that they sent us the instructions on how to go the guest house prior arrival. It helped us planned how to go there without getting lost! The guesthouse is overall safe , clean and very accommodating staff. Close to the Busan station as well so it is perfect for travelers

Excellent location, easy to find”
I stayed here for a night as a transit place for me to travel back to Seoul from Busan by KTX train. My train departs at 7 am so I loved the fact that this place is within walking distance to the Busan station. It was less than 10 mins walking. The room was okay and big enough for 6 people and the shower was outside the room, but it was okay for me as I booked female room only so they only allow female occupants in the area.

Great guesthouse for a cheap price. Located on the second floor. The whole second floor is women only (except for common area) Free wifi, washing, water, Maps, breakfast, dryer costs 3.000 won. Breakfast is only Toast, jam, cereals and milk, some powdered coffee. I wish they would answer emails which they didn’t and that they have soy milk! Maybe soy instead of normal milk I was Lucky because I got the whole female dorm for myself - I might have been the only guest there as well! Free Shampoo, tooth paste, slippers, shower gel, dryer and hair straightener. Very clean! Friendly and English speaking. Bed was comfortable and more hard (which I like) aircon in the room. Have a look on the other pictures and reviews to find the staircase and follow up until the upper floor. It is a nice restaurant with a small menu! Very friendly owner. The complimentary tea is very aromatic and delicious (cold). I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken - yangnyeomkongchicken 양념콩치킨. The Banchan / Side dishes were really good. Everything is around 10.000 won. As Side dishes were radish, tofu with sesame and some chives. The chicken comes with some cabbage/salad on top and a sweet dressing. I wished for the chicken to be more hot and less sweet. I would give it five stars if it wasn’t so sweet! I am from Europe so maybe my taste buds aren’t adapted to the sweetness :/ No wifi (but public wifi) Location is great. Easy accessible 2min walking from the train station. I felt safe as a female solo traveller

Didnt recommend”
I dont recommend this guesthouse. because the rules are that we need to be out of the guesthouse from 11am to 3pm for the staff to do cleaning. The cleaning lady nag a lot when we did not get out of our room. Overall I didnt satisfied during my stay because I need to go out early in the morning. The only good thing is the guesthouse very clean and comfortable to sleep..

Unhappy ”
Stayed two nights. Bed had an electric blanket under my back. Slept two nights like in a primitive tent in the woods, warm inside the blankets, cold outside the blankets. Noises from street you could hear 90% all day long. Breakfast had coffee, toast, and serial, no juices The staff not friendly. Close to Busan Subway, Jagalchi Market, YoungDo Bridge, Gamcheon Village. Would not recommend. No return. Spent two nights in cold.

Thank you very much Mr.Jung. It was very nice to choose Busan Sukbak Dot Com Guest House for my stay in Busan. I am strongly recommend this guesthouse for others. They have 1) Friendly staff (Mr.Jung, he have many working experiences on service business before and he manage this guesthouse very well with good service mind) 2) guesthouse cleanness and decoration (I think the atmosphere of the guesthouse, having wide place for gathering, enables culture exchanges. Many guest can easily talk to each other and exchange their ideas and experiences). 3) Good breakfast.(^^)b Love this guesthouse. I hope to be there again in the future.

friendly owner took me to the night view of busan”
while i arrived at the busan train station i asked the information how to get to the guest house? they told me how the get the the place and called the guest house as well. while im looking for the guest house the owner just show up to pick me up. what a nice surprise!!! i will give a cridet on that. it is a very nice and clean place to stay, only open for 6 months. first day i arrived the owner offer to take me to the night view. on the way walked to the top of the view place, there are some pics of the busan station history alone the path which i think is better than seoul. you have air-con in the room and laundry is free. before i left the guest house i got a gift from the owner. i can say i would love to stay here again when i come to busan. chicken dilivery on the freg is better than seoul. people you must try it.

It was a really nice stay in Busan Sukbak Guesthouse. The guesthouse is very clean, near from Busan Station, and provide free breakfast at an affordable price. One of many good points from this guesthouse is you will be given an exact direction how to reach the guesthouse via email, right after you booked this guesthouse. The staff is kind and a fast responder. I asked a few question before departure via email and he replied to my question promptly. I would like to recommend everyone who will visit Busan to stay at this guesthouse.

Busan Sukbak Guesthouse This place is a perfect 10! The guesthouse was kept clean and tidy on a daily basis and that included the restrooms, kitchen and dining area, and the bedrooms too! Clean towels were neatly folded near the dining area so you can use as many as you want. Toiletries (shampoo, rinse, soap and toothpaste) were also provided. With free breakfast (milk, brewed coffee, cereals, bread, jam). Mind you, you can also eat as much as you want and so we made sure to indulge ourselves. 😂 And the perk that we liked the most? Free laundry and free use of steam iron! Didn't they say that the best things in life are for free? Indeed, it is in Busan! Lol! They also let us borrow their umbrellas! Trust me, you don't get these much perks in a budget-friendly guesthouse.

Place to stay for some quiet nights and clean!”
My first impression that last till the end was that this house was clean!! From the lounge, to the room, to the bathroom, everything was just clean. The have a slipper rules in the house and provide personal coded locker in the room. The facilities look brand new and all was in a very good condition. The check in and check out process was on self-service term. The building was well secured. And the location was very strategic, few minutes away from Busan Station where you can have easy access to the public transportation and also airport limousine stop, really really convenient for a first timer visit. It doesn't feel like a hostel, because during my stay, there were only a few guests I met at night which most of them was local, and it was really really quiet. On the other note, maybe I am too used to other hostels services, but I do prefer if they have staff around all the time to assist and advice on our trips in Busan or maybe well just to hang out with over the night. But overall, it was a great stays and value to the money, I definitely will come back here again.

Perfect Guest House for solo traveller.”
I stayed in this guest house 3 days and really like this guest house. It's located nearly the subway station (just 3 mins by walking). The reception is really nice, speak English well. The housekeeping is super nice, friendly eventhough she doesn't speak English (I haven't seen any friendly housekeeping like her in Korea, I wanna say thanks to her again). They provide good services including free washing machine. If I come to Busan, I will definitely stay here again. Unluckily, I coundn't find any guest house like this in Seoul. Highly recommend.

Received an email with details and instructions on getting to the guesthouse and what to do when you're there as soon as I confirmed my booking, which was very comforting. The staff were friendly and helpful even with limited English (from some of the members). Mr. Jung manages well and is very accommodating, helpful, and enthusiastic (it feels good to receive a bright smile in the morning). The bathrooms were kept very very clean. The female floor has 3 bathrooms with toilets and two exclusive toilets so you never really have to wait too long. The rooms and beds are also cleaned daily. Provided lockers have number locks and are very spacious. Main entrance is locked at night and you're given a number code to get in. Free breakfast. Free wifi. Great access. Close to Busan station and Busan KTX. It's a great deal for your money and highly recommendable. Be sure to ask Mr. Jung for good tourist spots so he can give you advice and help on some of the less famous but great places to visit in Busan.

it has been the bonus to our "dynamic busan"”
we came on our first day to busan just to leave our luggages so we can proceed to yodusan park, busan tower, biff square, nampodong street, and jagalchi market which are all just nearby the hostel. the door was wide open for whoever is staying there and we came back after dawn, tired and drenched in rain, to a warm house and smiling faces (both the occupants and the staff, the will all smile at you no matter what race or religion you are). i must say that it deserves at least 3 to 5 stars as a guesthouse. i just cannot find anything wrong with it. it is clean and cozy, and it is definitely a good and warm stay.

Great value for money”
Overall a very pleasant stay for family of four. Location within walking distance to Busan Station to go to other attractions in Busan. Hotel is fully equipped for complete self service with very easy instruction. The hotel owner was also very helpful and friendly in providing info to activities in Busan. Shared toilet but no issue as they were well kept. The public area is also very nice for eating/tv/laundry. High speed internet provided.
