Lovely setting although so close to the sea the waves can interrupt sleep. Shayann should be awarded Employee of the month for her professional service. The steep access road would benefit from renovation to smooth out the pot holes. Also more clarification on the Agoda site between rooms with a king bed and those with 2 queen beds to distinguish at the time of booking. This would have saved us changing rooms after one night.
The reservation supervisor Ms. Jenette Lovell was very rude and showed no customer service when checking out as I was told I could get a late check out when I arrived and her attitude was horrible to say the least when I was told I could not. It's sometimes not what you do BUT HOW you do it. She needs to be taught proper customer service. That was a complete turn off. The other staff was great and other than the skylight being an issue and the birds making very loud sounds at 5/6 am in the morning , the stay was wonderful.

“Beautiful Resort”
Immediately upon walking in you felt right at home. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly and the scenery was top tier. The seaweed on some days made it impossible to swim at the beach but the pool and hot tub made up for it.
