The view of the Taal Lake from the room we booked was amazing! The place was clean and somewhat complete with necessities. We didn’t encounter any issues while we were staying despite the noise from the place outside, which was understandable. 5/5 ⭐️

Room with a view”
Excellent view of Taal Lake from the room balcony. Room is at the 21st floor so the view is fantastic. As it is a corner room, there are windows at two sides of the unit, providing natural light at day. Nice sleek design and very clean.. Complete amenities with sofa bed. Bonus is the grocery stores and restaurants are walking distance. The only downside is i can hear the cars passing by at the main road,, since bedroom is beside the road and i am a light sleeper. Note the extra P350 per day parking fee at basement. Internet (globe) disconnects periodically but this is typical in Tagaytay Residences especially when there is strong rains.

Exceptional”
First the room is tidy and very nice. It's spacious for couples and we enjoyed the board games so much. The balcony has a nice view of taal. Second, the utilities and appliances in the room are very useful like the microwave, plates, electric stove, TV, aircon and the refrigerator to keep our food fresh. Third is the location of the condo is very convenient. Last is the owner was very nice and always in reach when we need assistance. Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay here and recommend this condo unit to some of our friends. PS. Only problem was the parking it is so far from the building.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect...Ms. Sarah was very friendly, the owner very responsive, the location was awesome and the lake view from the balcony? MAJESTIC!!! The room also was very clean, organized and has almost all the basic stuff you might need. It also offers free wifi and there's netflix. The only issue we had was the TV remote control..probably needed new batteries. Also the parking at the clubhouse area (P150 for overnight stay, multiple entry) was a bit far but would give you some good exercise :) For the most part, we loved the place and it's really one of the best accommodations you can get in Tagaytay.

The view is spectacular! Restaurants close by are easily accessible by walking and jeepney ride. Place is clean with complete facilities In bedroom, bathroom, toilet and kitchen, as well as wifi. The only thing I didn't quite like was pricey parking fee, as almost all other places we've stayed in offer free parking.

Great apartment, great view, great location”
The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Very clean and comfortable and all appliances are brand new. I booked this apartment as I was unable to get a lake view room in Taal Vista and I am very pleased I discovered it as the facilities and best of all the view from the balcony are far superior to what I have experienced else where in Tagaytay. I would definitely recommend it for people who want a spectacular view and all the comforts of a modern apartment. Looking forward to my next visit.
